Rude customer service. They might have to get some more training. It’s not very hard to provide great customer service. The lady making our wraps was very rude. She had attitude and told us we couldn’t eat there with our dog. He is a service dog but we left anyways because of the bad customer service. I will not be coming back here again.

I don’t go downtown very often but yesterday I had a marketing seminar at PACE right across the street from this Togo’s location. My plan was to get there early enough to have a nice lunch but because of the pouring rain, I got there late and missed lunch. Throughout the two and a half hour long seminar, all I could think about was food! And as soon as it was over, I rushed over and ordered my favorite, a large pastrami sandwich! I don’t know if it was because I was starving but it was the best pastrami I’ve ever had. The young lady helping me was very friendly and had a pleasant smile. I don’t know when I’ll be back in that area but whenever it is, I’ll go back to Togo’s for that pastrami again.

I hit up this Togo’s the other day. I’ve had it before but not in a looong time. It’s close to my office and this fool I work with eats it like 4 times a week so it must be good. I ordered an ‘Italian’ on white, toasted. Made it a meal(duh) with chips and a drank. They do 6″ and a 9″, sorry no 12″ Subway lovers,(After all it’s not the size of the sub that counts it’s how it makes you feel. Or so your girlfriend told you once.) and the 6″ was perfect. My friend ordered one of their lunch deals which was a half sandwich and a half salad for like $ 7.50 not a bad deal and her salad was HUGE. Service was great the ladies behind the counter had it on lock. –1 for the price. It’s not terrible but it could/should be a little easier on the pockets. I will be the first to admit I’m a cheap ass tho.

Out the door for $ 5(my spending limit for the day), and I would’ve gotten half the sandwich if friendly staff hadn’t alerted me to the daily special. Fresh, tasty, and filling, without the guilt of supporting a corporate entity that can’t control its predatory mascot. I’ll be back for sure!

Whoever says«friendly customer service» in their reviews for this place must be joking, a member of the staff or accidentally reviewed the wrong location. Staff is constantly engaged in conversation with one another while I wait to place my order(mind you I’m usually the only person in the store while this occurs). Cashier rushes you while your still being asked for what you want on your sub and sometimes they don’t even asking you before they wrap it up and it’s too late. Case in point– there’s two Subways nearby– try them.

Bad customer service Don’t go here on Fridays when Geo the cashier is working. I ordered my sandwich to the nice lady worker. I was trying to customize my sandwich, like no lettuce. But Geo came over and asked and interrupted her to find out what kind of sandwich I was ordering. He went to his cash drawer and pushed the price and got 8.49. «Ma’am, it’ll be 8.49.» I nodded. The lady was still customizing my sandwich with cranberry sauce. Then he repeated, «It’s 8.49. You can pick up your sandwich later,» WTF! The lady didn’t even finish making my sandwich and I was still trying to customize the sandwich as I had wanted. Then he said it again«It’s 8.49.» Hold your horses, Geo. Dang! Finally, I told him that I would be paying after my sandwich was made, as I had done in the past and at other sandwich shops. This cashier is the type who just wants your money and leave rather than practicing his skills in customer service. Luckily for Geo, there’s a Subway in walking distance, where I know no cashier is pushy about payment while your sandwich is being made.

Their staff is rude as HELL and they always serve watery ass soup. When I asked one of the employees if they can make sure my soup isn’t watery this time around she said«Sometimes it’s going to be like that.» WRONGANWSER!

I work across the street so I popped in for the Italian. Clean location and super fresh ingredients! Thanks Togos

Had an even worse experience when the worker was making my sandwich the most recent time I returned back to this location. When she would get the veggies to put it in my sandwich her dirty apron with many stains was all in my sandwich. It was very disgusting.

I love Togos, but this one is not up to standards. I live in the apartments above this location, so I was excited when this Togos opened! Unfortunately, it seems management doesn’t care so much about hiring friendly employees. Every time I come in here, the employees are standoffish at best. Additionally, they run out of sourdough all the darn time, which is the best kind of bread.

The sandwiches are ok, I’ve had way better sandwiches at other TOGO’s. I rather walk to subway then here. Each time I have gone here the employees there always mess up my order even if you repeat your order several times to them. Not something I want to deal with while on my lunchbreak. Only go here if I absolutely have to.

If you’re desperate for a sandwich, go to Subway. Take a look at the picture– the bread was that good =D

Easy walk from work, so I’m here fairly regularly. Nice staff, clean lobby, no lines. The food at any Togos location is so-so. They have fantastic pickles and good bread!

Came here for the first time after it just recently opened up and felt a little awkward because the employees did not seem like they knew what they were doing because they all looked kind of confused and took a long time to take mine and my friends orders but I didn’t think too much of it because maybe they haven’t adjusted to the new place yet. Although the sandwiches took a while to make they were actually really good ! I was some what surprised. MUCH better than subway ! And just a tad better than quiznos haha. I got the chicken salad sandwich and an order of the beef sandwich. Both were really flavorful in there own ways. The quality of the meat is very fresh as well as the veggies. And since my brother place is right above from here most likely I will be coming back for more.

I like Togo’s, but the people at this location have no idea what they are doing. Yes it just opened but that is no excuse. I asked for a #26 and they look at me like I’m crazy, then I ask for togo’s way and again I get a confused look and I have to explain what the menu says to the employees. After looking at the menu I believe I am now more qualified to work here then the actual employees.

New Togo’s location just opened today Haven’t been to a Togo’s for a few years but wanted to try this new location because they have a $ 5 sandwich and drink special. I’d say it’s definitively a level above subway in terms of overall quality, freshness & variety. They toast their sandwiches open faced(with wax paper on top) and it actually comes out really good like a panini. They also have an endless combo where you can pick 2 of any items: half sandwich, salad, or soup for $ 8 and for $ 3 you can make any sandwich a mini sandwich. I got the pastrami sandwich on sourdough with thousand island and they were generous with the meat and veggies and had a really friendly staff. Excited to have a new quick & cheap good quality sandwich spot in the area.
