This was my first time going to this clinic, I really didn’t know where to go so I ask the front desk and they told me to sign in on a computer. You wait until your window number appears next to your last name on the monitor. After that they gave me a card to let me know where to go, when I got out of the elevator there were some signs to guide me to were I had to go. The staff gave us a great customer service and were friendly. I recommend this clinic I look forward coming back. They have a big parking lot and the wait was good got there at 8:27am and out by 9:56am.

If you ever need to get shots or any king of blood work done this is a convient place. The people are nice and was very nice when I asked Rayah just a quick question she answered it. She did not just brush me off but made an effort to tackle my question. She got it done for me and I left a happy camper. Im addition to all those great things I mentioned, the facility is clean and professional. I have never had an issue here but just expect to wait because it is a free service for general needs.

A month later & I’m still in love with this place. Several appointments later, not one glitch or break in their awesome service. On the doctor front, in addition to Lehil, who’s sweet, thorough & has a sunny disposition I wish I could steal and assimilate into my OWN body, there’s: Neil Martin, the therapist/social worker/shrink dude, is a godsend & I’m insanely grateful he abandoned his practice in Beverly Hills to work here. He, in two visits so far, has begun to help me rein in my crazy & beat the crap out of my panic attack monsters. Also, Gabrielle Guzman, the nutritionist, wasted no time(politely) informing my fat ass that yes, Lisette, you CAN cook real food in a $ 25 Walgreens toaster oven so you don’t have to eat the everything’s-gotta-be-fried fast food so prevalent in the hood. Thanks to this chick, I can now eat tons of greaseless salmon and tilapia I bake in my own kitchenless home. LOVE these folks!!!
