The gym/​spa has been completely remodeled and it’s lovely. All of the equipment is new and modern. Because it’s part of the resort living, it’s limited to guests only and therefore it is never too busy.
The cardio machines have games, ie. solitaire, memory, chess, etc… a great distraction for the 40 minutes of would be monotony of being on one machine. If games is not your thing, you’ve got a choice of cable t.v., or music.
All in all, a very enjoyable gym, with a spa, steam room (men and women are seperate) and massage/​facials are optional with an appointment and a fee of course.
Gym and spa are open until 11 p.m. Mon –Fri
Sat and Sun they are open until 10 p.m.

Absolutely love this place! So high class!!! This place is thriving with positive energy! Massage therapy is super relaxing not only because of great therapists but also because of the atmosphere in the rooms and the spa itself. If you are looking for a person to relax you to the point that you fall asleep or a strong person if you have problems with back for deep tissue massage I recommend Natalya. She has many years of experience in the field and has been with Palazzo for a couple of years!!!

Only one star cos they fail to mention on the site that the only way into this spa is if you live there or know someone who lives there that can let you in… even though you are paying for the massage services and facials… i don’t get it.

I really love the Spat At Palazzo. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I haven’t gotten a massage or other service yet, but i enjoy the other ammenities constantly. At the gym they keep fresh towels on the machines and stocked around floor. They also offer complimentary headphones if you forgot yours. The hot tub, sauna & steam room could be a bit bigger, but they’re rarely crowded. Love the nice touches of complimentary fruit, granola bars, tea, coffee and Andes mints. I try to make a point to get here every day.
