The store manger like what she told me. She discriminate against my name & religion . She approved to exchange my merchandise until she saw my driver license with a MOSLEM Name on it. She said I ll not gona do it leave now I am going to call the security !!! is this Lacoste policy towards MOSLEM ? Because I decided to file complain with a anti discrimination agency & I ll go to court.

My boyfriend and I recently had the most infuriating experience at this Beverly Center store. He received a polo for Christmas that did not fit however was not provided a gift receipt. We had called the Beverly Hills store to ask if at the very least he could get store credit. The representative at that store said they would gladly provide store credit. When we brought it in they didn’t carry the line the shirt belonged to so instructed us to take it to the Beverly Center store and they would take care of it for us. When we got there the sales person indicated they couldn’t take it back without some sort of receipt and gave us a hard time overall. Luckily we were able to get the receipt emailed to us from the gifter. When we presented the receipt to the sales person he handed it to his manger and said to her«How do we even know this receipt is the right receipt for this shirt?» not wanting help us. I was absolutely mortified and offended. Why would we go out of our way to create a fake receipt or try to scam the store out of a $ 60 shirt? We just wanted to get my boyfriend a shirt that fit. Thankfully the store manager was smart enough to realize they had the order number and could easily check the stock number on the shirt that was purchased and we did get our exchange. This incident left a sour note with me. No one wants to go shopping and get accused of being a criminal. For the prices they charge you would think you’d be getting top notch service. While I was an occasional shopper at La Coste this experience has convinced me I never need to buy from this brand again.

I like the service and selection in this store much better than the Rodeo one. Got a Lacoste polo from here and it fit very nicely. Sales people were friendly and knowledgeable. I like that they come around the counter to hand you your bag. That alone earns brownie points for me.
