Not since the crêpe nazi left Sawtelle have I had crepes so good! I go to their store on Wilshire & La Brea and the crepes are insanely delicious… both the savory and the sweet! The people who work there are incredible with allowing you to substitute and make changes. I’m convinced they add something addictive in the crepes because I am hooked!!! And their coffee is great too!

This last Friday night I went to see the Wizard of Oz at the Santa Monica pier. We brought our own popcorn for Trader Joes. But we had a sweet tooth for Crepes. The Crêpe Kitchen have a set up that night. Honestly, I haven’t had a bad crêpe. And especially when I have it with strawberries, bannabas, chocolate and whipped cream. YES, WHIPPEDCREAM. My crêpe was a little thick and I had to cut some of it off and put it aside, never to be considered again. But it was good. Damn… Front Porch Cinema at the Pier is showing movies though Oct. If anyone planes to go check out Crêpe Kitchen for something sweet and good.

i really enjoyed this! I am not a typical frequenter of Farmer’s Markets but I went to the Brentwood one yesterday after a run and was looking for something somewhat healthy and did not want mexican food(for a change lol). I had the turkey pesto crêpe and really enjoyed it. The pesto was incredibly fresh and flavorful and it wasn’t too cheesy. Plus there was fresh arugula and roasted peppers in it that were just delicious. The crêpe itself was not soggy or too doughy, it was a great twist on a typical sandwich. Plus the woman helping us was very friendly. The only«downside» is that it took 5+ minutes but that’s because they were making it fresh, so in that case, I don’t mind the wait! Would definitely go back again and would definitely recommend it to anyone hitting the Brentwood Farmer’s Market in the future!

I absolutely LOVE the the Crêpe Kitchen. I generally can’t afford to eat out, being a poor grad student. However, dinner from the Crêpe Kitchen at the South Pasadena Farmer’s Market once a week can literally be the highlight of my day! It is amazing food, with turkey, pesto, cheese, etc, and is soooo filling and delicious. Easily the best crepes I’ve ever had, and for an awesome price. Plus, the ladies who work there are wonderful. Eat at the Crêpe Kitchen– you will keep coming back for more, week after week!

I’m typically a sweet crêpe kinda girl, but on this particular day I was feeling savory. In hindsight though, I kind of regret it. The crêpe kitchen just missed the mark in terms of crêpe texture and consistency. I got a crêpe that was a combination of two of their specials of the day: turkey, pesto, cheese, arugula, tomato, artichoke, and lemon juice. The ingredients themselves were really fantastic. Definitely fresh. But my problem with the dish was that the crêpe was much too soft, doughy, and squishy. Then the ingredients within the crêpe were too few except for the cheese(I’ve seen quesadillas made with less cheese). So essentially my crêpe tasted like… pure cheese and crêpe with hints of other ingredients in a bite here or there. But to the credit of the crêpe kitchen, their ingredients are great and their service is fantastic. I’m just not a fan of their savory crepes.

The Crêpe Kitchen had a booth at the South Pasadena Farmer’s Market today. This was the best crêpe ever!!! and I didn’t have to go to France to get it. The many options were a delicious blend of fresh ingredients. I had the turkey, pesto, cheese, spinach, arugula, red onion and tomato. and added mushroom… hmmm hmmm hmmm… so good!!! I will be back soon!!!

Fraud! They sold a $ 10 groupon coupon for $ 5 without informing anyone that this place is not a restaurant, but is only available during a farmers market outing. The groupon listed two addresses and it confuses purchasers, making them think its an actual location.
