My cousin and I came in after a long day to handle some business work and Jake immediately greeted us at the door. He gave me options and even offered a new drink I never tried before and now, its one of my favorite drinks. He did an excellent job! He made sure we were taken care of from the time we walked in until the time we left. Jake you are amazing! If you are in this location, ask for Jake! You Rock Jake!

Like this newer coffee bean location. Saw it one day while getting some jack in the box nearby. Lots of seating and well kept location. Can always find street parking too. Lots of people use this location to get some work done. Place is never too overly crowded or loud. Staff is friendly and always make my drink right. Convenient location right off of Wilshire.

Giving this place 1 star for the sole fact of that miserable barista guy who acted like we were bothering him. I own a business and would never stand for an employee that greeted us with an annoyed «what’s up». It’s 2pm on a Saturday with nobody inside the place. You think he would have been happy to have something to do.

Probably going to regret giving this place 5 stars and ultimately making it filled with more people, but I love this Coffee Bean. I went to the Starbucks across the street to get work done but it always got so crowded that it’s difficult to find a seat/​table. Then this place opened up and I came here and love it. It’s very clean and spacious with a communal and smaller tables that allow for people to enjoy their coffee/​do work in a non-​cramped environment. The baristas are all very nice and welcoming.
Parking — they give validation for 1 hr parking in their garage. There is also limited parking on the residental street.

I didn’t appreciate the staffs attitude. I couldn’t decide what to order at first and just needed a couple minutes, and he totally called me out. I thought that was really rude. The place was empty. There was no line behind me. If there was, I would have gotten out Of the way to let someone else go first. If this were a review for drinks specifically, I might give it 2.5 stars, which isn’t much better actually, but rude workers are rude workers. I won’t give them business.

About time they open a Coffee Bean in Mid City. This has to be the best Coffee Bean I have been to. Not only is it local but it has a very nice and clean set up. Plenty of comfortable seats inside and outside. I have been coming here often to read or study. Coffee Bean is greater than Starbucks.

One of the City’s newest CB additions, so, it’s clean & plenty of tables & cushion seats. I’ve been here several times @ varying times of the day… NEVER a line. Easy access to I-​10, and underground valet or off street parking are abundant.
And who can resist the Fall flavors… pumpkin & butter pecan, both of which are excellent with the almond coconut milk option. It doesn’t distort the flavor at all!

Wow. How do I even start this? This is the best Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf I’ve ever had the pleasure of casually sipping lattes in. The cars buzz by beyond the floor to ceiling windows, the hushed sounds of alernative/​easy listening hum overhead, and my coffee is always at a perfectly comforting temperature. Oh and don’t get me started on the assortment of snacks. Think of anything you want and they’ve got it. Got a hankering for something salty? Try the Saba Single Serve hummus and pretzel chips. Or if you just want a friendly smile with your coffee, step on in and order something on the go. Make sure to stop and appreciate the clean facilities on your way out. Justin and the team work really hard to ensure the most pleasant of experiences down here at the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf on Wilshire!

This is the best Coffee Bean I have ever seen. It’s very spacious, is really well-​lit, and has a nice looking furniture.
The only corporate coffee shop that I can compare with this one is an elegant Starbucks close to Battery Park in New York City. I have yet to see a Starbucks or Coffee Bean or Peet’s Coffee with a better environment than this one in Los Angeles. And yes, you heard it correctly: the whole LA!
The people here are nice and friendly. I don’t have a picky or complicated taste, but I like whatever I get from them, especially their vanilla latte and chai latte. I guess the great environment makes what you get from them even tastier.
This is a new place, but now I am a regular here. I will share my future experiences here again.

Brand new Bean. Really nicely furnished. Lots of tables. I mean lots. Also, the lighting is really good. Nicest looking Coffee Bean I’ve ever seen.
They have some comfy chairs set up outside around the tables.
They have free parking underneath the building, which is a big plus in this neighborhood.
Now for the tea. I ordered an iced, peach green tea. It was so weak, it tasted mostly like water. I mean super weak tasting tea. Two stars off for that, but I’ll still go back, because it’s such a nice place.
Definitely worth checking out.
