This was a really great alternative to a hotel. The space was a great size and it is centrally located to everything we needed. Pluses: washer and dryer, detergent starter, full kitchen, 2 futons, bed and rollaway bed, amazing views, and pool area. A few downsides were: coffee maker but no coffee, high fees for parking($ 30/day), $ 120cleaning fee. 900 per week quickly turns to 1500 by the time you add in all of the fees

When I arrived to check in I found the main office and was told I was«in the wrong location“even after I showed them the address I was given in my «check-in instructions». The one worker even said«I think thats our number»… I spoke with someone different and was told I was in the right location(after asking many more times and CALLING the number on the instructions which THEYPERSONALLY picked up and then continued to say«i think your in the wrong place»…) but I had to wait since the people that came in AFTER me were«upset». Oh so next time(if there is one… please) I will act like a total diva because apparently that is how you get their office staff to give a shit. And btw the people that were«upset» were a bunch of teenagers whose credit card was being declined… Maybe they should have thought to treat the costumer with an actual occupation and salary with respect… The entire check in process took OVER an hour. Even when I was finally being checked-in, I was given the wrong keys… Checking in should never be this difficult yet the office staff here clearly had IQ’s of first graders. The actual apartments are nice but clearly not finished(and if they are… No comment). You can Stay somewhere just as nice that actually has their shit together.

I live here. I like this building. We have a great north facing view. The building is made of concrete so the neighbors can’t hear my farts. All the appliances are new. My laundry has never smelled so good.

What a joke this place is. After putting so much effort into trying to actually get ahold of people at the leasing office, I eventually gave up. Initially I tried calling about five times before getting to actually speak with someone, and after finally speaking to a woman there that was completely clueless about pretty much everything regarding the property, and wouldn’t give me direct answers about the property, so I gave up and said I’d call back and try a different person. I then reached out through emails with a realtor that knew the property manager and had her set things in motion. After a week of hearing nothing regarding it, I contacted her and she also explained that she just couldn’t get things rolling, and that I needed to go into the office. Well that doesn’t work for me as I was on a summer vacation away from the city until late October, so after a few more attempts I realized that this is dumb waste of time. In the end the endless back and forth crap just wasn’t worth my time or money, and just accepted it as a lost cause. It seems like I made a good decision regarding that, as the property was shut down for building violations and residents were restricted from moving in. This property is a failure from the start, maybe things will get better one day, but today is not that day.

I would give these people zero stars if possible. I had to come in three times to finally be able to speak to a leasing agent. I saw the apartment, and had really nice views, however the appliances look like they’re from the 1930s and not in a good way. I did everything I supposed to do, but the my credit application on time, was approved immediately, agreed on the move in date, called the office around 4:30PM the day before my move into arrange a time for me to pick up the keys and they told me that I can’t move in because the building does not meet the quality assurance standards. At this point I had completely packed up my apartment. At this point that completely packed my apartment, was getting ready to turn in my keys to new tenant who is moving into my place today after, and I was basically homeless at this point. When I talk to the building they did absolutely nothing, in fact they could care less about the fact that I was going be homeless because of them. So I had to look for a place to rent sign a lease and move in within 24 hours. It’s been two weeks and I’m still waiting for them to send me my money, overall just be aware of this place, it’s not worth it I would never ever ever recommend anyone move there. I’m actually planning on suing them for what they did.
