Horrible service oh my goddess so cheap and right especially the man in the picture oh my gosh I had to ask for more veggies like 4 times and my sandwich was still skimped

Stopped here tonight to purchase a sandwich on my way to see my Mom in the hospital. I’m not sure if I left .my wallet on the counter and someone picked it up or I dropped it. It has my rent. money and a cherished picture of my step son who has passed away. I desperately need It back. Please. I will reward a good deed.

Here’s the deal I would normally never review a Subway, but seeing all the hate this one has made me compelled to give them the five star. It’s owned by a nice Indian family and in my opinion they are way more competent than the usual crap service you get from HS drop out fast food employees. Just saying. It’s clean inside too.

Service is okay when they’re not busy. I took a star off as they don’t have a restroom even for their customers. Ample parking space in the plaza. Get in; get out.

this subway is the worst. if I could give it NOSTARS, I would. I come here because my grandma lives down the street & I bring her a sandwich when I come visit her & I dread coming here. the people are super stingy with the veggies. I asked for more tuna because he barely put any on my sandwich & he charges me an extra 75 cents. like are you kidding me? it’s not my fault you’re so stingy with the scoops. the lady putting my veggies on was even worse. she literally put 2 small lines of mustard on my sandwich. lol. incredible. she didn’t say one word to me & just stared at me to tell her what veggies I wanted on the sandwich. to spite her, at the end, I asked for more mustard. I was so irritated with the staff here. it seems like none of the staff have a personality. if you don’t like working at subway, do your paying customers a favor & find another job.

I’ve been coming to this subway on the regular for 2 years since I moved out to Glendale and I don’t agree with the ratings at all. I’ve consistently gotten decent service & sandwiches from here. Sure, the workers aren’t super friendly and bubbly — but at least they do their job. I’ve been to some subways where the workers are just talking and playing around, not even serving you. It’s not like that here. They’re ready to work. Regarding food, all their veggies are fresh and the meat looks as good as it gets for a Subway chain. Sometimes you get a server that is excellent at making sandwiches(good proportions, even distribution, etc), sometimes you don’t(messy, too much/not enough, etc.) Just roll with it But I will be honest, my loyalty has been mainly due to convenience, not their exceptional service or other perks. Still, this place had grown on me and I’ll probably miss it a little once we move out of Glendale… Lol

This subway doesn’t train employees properly or follow health codes. I watched the person mop and clean the bathroom then tried to put gloves on and make me my sandwich without washing their hands. I had to tell them to wash their hands! That’s very disturbing! That makes me wonder what I don’t see. Never eating here again.

No public restroom. Not cool. I ordered 2 veggie sandwiches and they tried to be stingy with the veggies. I had to ask for more of a few things and the rest I just let go because I didn’t wanna make it awkward. When I asked for more cucumber the lady put on 2 more slices(seriously?) and tried to cover up what she was doing by quickly rearranging the cucumbers that were already on there. I asked a question about combos vs ordering something on the side and the manager practically rolled his eyes at me, blew off my question and instead of telling me which way was more cost efficient he told me to just get it whichever way I want. My receipt had no breakdown of items, just the total price which seemed higher than it should have been. The sandwiches were standard and tasted fine because all Subways use the same ingredients but the service was pretty bad, the cookies were hard and again… no restrooms.

Worst service by the employees ever. Subway happens to be one of the fast places I enjoy for a quick meal because of their healthy ingredients. I worked at a subway in high school, and had better customer service skills then, than these grown adult women that work there. I enjoyed working at subway, but these females, one in particular, Sandra Perez, was the rudest sandwich artist I have ever met. She had no smile, customer service, and a attitude as if she couldn’t wait for her shift to end. When my daughter’s sandwich was over toasted, burned, I told her I can feed that to my child. Instead of apologize even if she felt I was wrong, she argued with me how it was fine. It takes 40 seconds to make a new sandwich, but no she had to stand her ground, so I left. There are a lot of people looking for jobs, yet when they get one, they can’t appreciate it. I will tell everyone I know to not spend their money at that restaurant, until this staff is better trained!

I love Subway! But this place sucks! The only reason I set foot in this place was because I work down the street from it. I sincerely regret ever having spent money in this place. The owners or managers, not sure which they are, are very rude and unpleasant. They are also very stingy with the veggies. I asked for pickles on my sandwich and they placed 3 measly pickles. So then I asked for extra and they placed 3 more pickles. When I voiced my displeasure they very rudely explained that that is how corporate trains them. I also noticed that some of the veggies were not fresh. The lettuce and tomatoes looked a little bit ragged. They don’t change their gloves as often as I would like. Oh and did I mention that they are RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! I actually feel bad for the employees. Which by the way they never last long. I tried to give them a second chance. But again I had the same experience. Don’t bother going to this Subway. It’s the worst by far. Spend your hard earned money where it is appreciated and where you’ll be treated kindly.

The service here during lunch is friendly enough, professional and rarely lags. As other Unilocalers have mentioned, they tend to be a bit skimpy with the veggies, but if you ask them for more they will oblige. I usually just use the word«extra» for everything and they get it right. My theory on this Subway is that they are extremely conscious of profit margin and where it lies. The skimpy initial offering of vegis is the first example. Second, the apparent owner is just a bit noticeably disappointed when I opt to pass on the chips/drink option(huge profit margin mark up for soda at restaurants, in case you didn’t already know that). And thirdly, why are you so skimpy with the napkins?! Every time, I have to ask for extra napkins and the guy only gives me one extra. It’s such a small thing but it has happened every time I go here.

No my favorite Subway in the world. I’ve generally found this subway to be lacking in relation to most. Most times I’ve been there I really felt they’ve skimped on the veggies on the sandwiches. There service is so-so and the location is very small. During lunch the place fills up pretty quick so the line wraps around the restaurant. Also the parking lot in the strip mall that the store is in is very tight and cramped and gets really difficult to maneuver during the lunchtime hours. I got so annoyed that I eventually started going to another Subway 3 miles down the road.

Every time i come here i am disappointed by the quality of sandwich construction. You expect the employees at subway to know how to make a sandwich but not at this one. They were not very friendly either. Just go to the subway on Glendale blvd.

I just finished a sandwich here and this is how is went… Welcome to Subway, what would you like? A 6 inch Club on Omega bread please. Gets the bread… What kind of sandwich? A club A ham and cheese? No, a club. Oh, OK. This was the manager, then he hands the sandwich to one of his employees who did not speak English except for a basic knowledge of sandwich condiments where I had to point out all the items I wanted and she had a look of confusion the whole time. I get to my car and learn that they made a turkey and roast beef on wheat bread. I ate my sandwich which made me fell a little wheezy. This Subway is a joke. Avoid at all costs.

This first statement actually applies to all Subway chains… Calm down with the MSG! I’ve tasted less in a day’s worth of hot cheetos! Whenever I finish a sub, I must follow with a tank of water. It’s appalling! What’s worse is that I actually found some rubber in my sandwich this time. No kidding, RUBBER… fresh off your sneakers. It was from the«seafood sensation.» Right, chewing on rubber was definitely a new sensation.

avoid this place, disgusting, the cashier made my sandwich after cashing a customer without washing her hands??, they dint use gloves here to make your food. whats next? pick ur nose before u make someones food??, scratch ur balls before u start work ??, after contacting the manager, he said it was because they were very busy, i felt rushed and disgusted, i told him to keep his sandwich and stick it where sun dont shine, walked across parking lot to get my whopper !! had to call health dept on these guys, and their corporate office !!
