I was in a hurry to get to work and I decided to stop by Subway to get my food for the day and to my surprise the doors were locked and no one was in sight all the lights where on and the open light was also on. I thought that maybe the employees where in the bathroom and so I waited for about 25 –30 mins and no one showed up. During this time I seen about 6 – 8 people walk up try to enter the restaurant and the door was locked so they left. This is extremely frustrating. never again!

This subway needs some help with the customer service. The ladies seem like they are not enjoying there job but who cares as long as they don’t spit on my sandwich.

GRAVEYARDCREW: I know I go to this spot late at night/very early in the morning, but not all customers who are night owls are rude. I would appreciate it if some of the graveyard crew would lighten up, and not get so defensive while I order my sandwich the way that I like it prepared. Your service is appreciated, and I understand you may be tired… but I don’t need to feel like I’m walking on egg shells while you ask me what I want on my sandwich with a crusty tone and a lifeless expression.

I totally agree with Elvis… My boyfriend and I came out of work pretty late and we were pretty hungry so we didn’t want anything greasy so went ahead and stoped by Subway this was our 2nd or 3rd time there this late… And one of the employes named FRANCISCOLITERALLYHADUSWAITINGTHERESTANDINGUPFPR A MINUTE… He was toooooo busy cleaning the dam oven to pay any attention to us… Didn’t greet us we just didn’t feel welcomed and he totally rushed our order I found that so rude… He made us feel like he didn’t want to help us… Not only that but told us the the oven wasn’t working then said it was too dirty… Although he did offer it to clean it but didn’t want to bother him even more so we just left it like that… And then told us there was no more avocado… So we had to eat a cold sandwich with no avocado. I will be calling tmrw and complain to the manager… Idk why the manager hasn’t done anything about this… Like I said it’s not the first time this happens to us… Either change staff or manager… Day shift is so much better I swear…

I’ve been going here for years. Some of the morning crew has been working here forever, and they’re always nice. Veronica, who just made my sandwich, is kind of a douche. God knows what’s did to deserve that look she gave her coworker when she thought I wasn’t looking-asking for extra cheese, or more mayo?- but damn. I get it, the job sucks, but cut it out. You forget we can take surveys and post reviews.

No restroom for customers. It should be a city requirement. Nasty! Food was below par. definately not fresh to me

Was helped by two chubby girls. Asked for my sandwich to be toasted, which they did after adding avocado I paid an extra $ 1.50 for. The soups they gave us were lukewarm with parts of the cheese still unmelted. The chicken in our sandwiches was cold too. After we called back yet next day, the manager would only give us new sandwiches instead of an outright refund. Awful, awful place. Should only eat here if you’re dying of hunger.

Subway at this location is not friendly at all. Lack of customer service and they are always out of things. I wonder who does there inventory? They never great you and make you feel welcomed at this location. They make it feel like they are doing you a favor. I love subway but I guess not every location has the same owner that is why this place sucks with customer service. Anyways overall just because its subway I give it 3 stars…
