I feel reviews against chain restaurants are always biased negatively, since there isn’t a real incentive to review the place if you have a good experience, but if you have a bad one, you’ll disproportionately write a review. So I’ll attempt to buck this trend. I’ve gone to this Subway over 50 times over the past 2 years, usually during the lunch rush. In that time, they have not messed up my order a single time. Not once. The line can look scary, but I’ve never waited more than 20 minutes(and this was when the line stretched out the door). Workers move quickly, but don’t skimp on ingredients more than anywhere else. Finally, the guy at the cash register always shouts«welcome to Subway!» in a voice of passion almost never seen among workers. Have to give him major props. As a whole, this is a very solid Subway, and I’ve had a lot of experience with it.

If i could 0 star this subway i would. Terrible customer service. This employee named Harsh was incredibly rude, oh the irony. i asked for chipotle mayo on my sandwich. The man then drowns my sandwich in regular mayo. Then gives me attitude when i asked him to remove the mayo. His exact words were«this is chipotle southwest u said chipotle mayo, can u read?» I was baffled. Is this what customer service is like at 2am? Hopefully its not always like this. Not professional at all, not cool at all. The only reason i didn’t leave was because i was starving. Never going back. Next time i will make the 2 mile drive for another subway

I always order egg whites anytime of the day here but all of a sudden they don’t serve it at midnight and when I told the guy I always get it he just ignored me. Way to go on customer service, shouldn’t you just honor my request. Is it that hard for you to reach into the fridge and get egg whites? They do it all the time.

Every time I’ve ventured into this Subway, the dude behind the cash register hollers, in a voice most boisterous, WELCOMETOSUBWAY. He says it with such enthusiasm each and every time, I have to give this place an extra star for so much heart. Otherwise, this is your typical subway. The line can get pretty intimidating during the lunch rush, but have no fear, you’ll get through it quickly. The assembly line is no different from any other subway, with workers all too eager to schlop cheese on every sandwich and skimp on the good stuff like meat, avocado, olives and peppers. There is some indoor seating(no outdoor) and the glory of dining-in is free refills. Huzzuh!

I was happy and sad that this Subway moved across the street. The interior is much nicer, but they gave up outdoor seating. On the other hand, that outdoor seating kind of sucked. So I guess I’m happy. The service is excellent. The food is a great standard for comparison to any other restaurant. «Should I be paying $ 13 for this sandwich? Well, is it as good as a $ 7 sandwich at Subway?» Could it be better? Yeah, it could be the Beverly Hills location!

Really one of the dirtiest, worst subways I’ve been to. The workers are sometimes really rude, talk behind the customers back and even though I might be the only person inside it takes them 5 minutes to come out and then half the workers don’t even speak English properly and I have to repeat my order five times. The bread isn’t always fresh, and the subs taste weird, not to mention the workers are really greedy and cheap about how much to put in your sandwich.

By far the worst Subway in West LA! Came here for lunch and it was a disaster zone in this place! One manager was arguing with a customer over a bag of chips in front of everyone. They have about 8 sandwich makers on the line who all will touch your sandwich by the time it’s done so expect your order to go wrong. Nobody is in sync here! The line workers were mixing up the sandwiches and assumingly adding ingredients that nobody asked for! They NEVER change gloves so if you have food allergies or concerned about cross contamination this is not the place for you. They’ll touch onions and tomatoes with the same gloves they’ll grab lettuce and cheese with. My sandwich was a big challenge for the staff here. I’ve ordered a 6 in. turkey & bacon avocado sandwich on Italian. They instead added ham and assumed I wanted Swiss cheese before sending it through the toaster. I’ve corrected them and told them the correct sandwich to make and that’s when the attitudes flared up from the staff. I had to remind them that bacon and avocados come on the sandwich since they have clearly forgotten about those ingredients so they were a bit upset when having to heat my bacon separately… then put it on someone else’s sandwich who couldn’t even eat pork, so they ruined hers too. Never again!

I eat at subway often and was very pleased with this locations cleanliness and service. 4 stars only because I save 5 for places that are really impressive and unique.

I go to this subway once a week. The employees are pleasant and very friendly. No complaints at all about customer service. I think the subway chain itself needs to change though. Like when i ask for everything on my sandwich employees do not put cilantro or spinach. When i ask for spinach its only about 4 pieces. Like i said no complaints about employees. Just a bad system. P.S. No tip container at this location. Why?

Perks: This subway is open for 24 hours and is very convenient for students to go in the middle of the night for those munchies or finals study snacks. HOWEVER… Cons: Horrible customer service. My friend and I walked into subway around 2am, taking a break from our long night of studying, and literally stood there for a good five minutes because no one was at the front desk. Then when we finally had our orders taken, we were continually rushed and even shouted at for«asking for too many sauces.» Furthermore, when we asked about the prices of the sandwiches, because we were each charged an extra $ 0.25, the guy pointed to the sign and said use your eyes. Except… we were charged $ 6.75 and the sign clearly said $ 6.50. Overall, not the best place to go, but when you’re craving something to snack on at 2am, you don’t have many options!

The only thing that differs this Subway from many others is the fact that it is open 24 hours and it is relatively near UCLA so that students can come by and grab a footlong at anytime during the day or night. Overally, it doesn’t differ much from other Subways. Pick your bread, pick your meat, pick your veggies. Enjoy your sub.

This Subway is kinda hit or miss. Sometimes the bread is fresh and other times, it’s stale. Sometimes, the«sandwich artists» create a neat sandwich, other times, the sandwich is thrown down the counter and all of the toppings fall off. Sometimes, the employees yell across the counter for unclear reasons and other times, they are quite polite. The other issue is that they are relentless about trying to add things to my order. Asking me three times if I want«chips and drink with that» will not change my mind. If I want chips and drink, I will order it. This location is convenient for me so I keep returning but the customer service and the inventory need some work.

The service is crap and now I know why they always want to toast your sandwich — because the bread is stale. Got chips and a drink — chips are also stale. They should hire some people with a personality and make sure things are fresh every day.

This 24-hour subway recently moved just across the street into where Quizno’s once was. Not only do they have a public bathroom for people to use now, the place is extremely clean and spacious. Moreover, you can actually do some work in here as it is right next the starbucks wifi. Now to the food: the $ 5 specials are probably the best value subs so be sure to ask for those. The prices for all of the good subs(e.g. turkey, etc.) have all increased in price so they are on the more expensive side now, compared to 1 – 2 years ago. The best thing about this place is that they are one of the few restaurants open 24-hours in Westwood, perfect for a 4am finals snack. Definitely recommended!

What can I say… this Subway location is what you would expect from your typical Subway location. Nothing stands out except how many people can fit in a space the size of a 1-bedroom apartment. Quality: Fresh veggies and the quality is exctly where it should be in terms of Subway’s benchmarks. Not to say I am impressed, but it is fresh. Appearance: If your coming between Noon and 1:30PM the place will be packed BUT the owners obviously know this since this location is extremely well staffed with numous employees asking what they can make for you once you reach the counter. So in actuality the wait is no more than 5 – 8 minutes during a crowded lunchtime period which is amazing considering how many customers there are. Lastly, the location was clean, but don’t expect to find a place to sit. This is definitely a place that is to-go. A nice touch was the exit vs. entrance which were on opposite sides of the restaurant. A lot of Subways have one entrance where folks are coming in and out of the same door which can be annoying when the line is long.

This Subway has a firm spot in the lunch rotation, and is visited at least once per week. This location is small, so you are probably better off getting your food to-go and eating at your desk. That’s fine with me anyway, since it’s been hard to get out of my cage at work lately. Even though the space behind the counter isn’t very big, but they turn out sandwiches at a dizzying pace and somehow make it work. The 6 inch cold cut trio with chips is less than $ 5. I just drink water at my desk, so it’s an inexpensive lunch that is just the right amount of food. Thanks Subway. See you next week?
