Not too much faith that this guy knows what he’s talking about… called to have someone come out and do a structural assessment so I can put a new jacuzzis on my deck, (replacing an older one) and want to go bigger. he said we would have to demolish part of the deck in order to do so??? Called Biyana corp– structural engineers/​contractors, no problem… no demo can determine foundation without tearing down the foundation!

I hired this company to help remodel my duplex and I was very well surprised. Sam came over and assessed whether I could remove some walls from the old building I was remodeling. He was able to look at the plans and immediately figure out what I could and could not do. I was so surprised by the ease at which he presented the task which I feared so much. His ease at communicating and explaining everything to me was also soo welcomed. I felt like I could really trust him and I did end up really trusting him to be the lead contractor on the site when I couldn’t be there as well. Sam is very humble, but intelligent, caring, and trustworthy. I never thought I would get so lucky to meet a licensed engineer and contractor. I’m thankful to god and him and his company. I highly recommend him!
