El peor servicio de El Mundo ordene una sala con Oscar me llamaron que ya estaba lista y q lo podia ir a recoger preferi delivery nunca programaron El delivery mande a recoger la sala hicieron q esperaran 2horas hable con la manager maria y dijo q no podia hacer nada. I have been a customer for 10 yrs. and never did I have a problem until now. They messed up on my order I placed with Cesar on February 14 2015 for my living room tables. Cesar is very nice and friendly when you are in their store and taking your money. But lacks so much in customer service when you have a complaint. This problem has been since March 18 when I drove from Modesto to pick up my tables. they only had 3 out of the 4. When they finally sent my table it was damaged. I was told by Cesar I had to email the supervisor for this issue. I did and sent her pictures. I have only received one email from Maria on May 14 apologizing for the trouble. It’s May 28 and I have called numerous times and I have gotten the run-​a-​around. My mom has also gone and spoken to Cesar and nothing. I have placed a formal complaint through the BBB. Since I have not gotten anywhere. By email or phone.
Their furniture is good quality but my advise to you is not to accept your order through shipping and wait until they have your complete order if you are picking it up. Make sure they assemble your furniture or you will find yourself in my situation.

Update: Finally spoke to the manager Maria and was the opposite of the sales person Oscar. Finally came to a mutual agreement and took ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ blame. Wish i got this treatment from the begining with Oscar. Stay away from oscar he has no customer service skills. Maria made it right.

Come and get your furniture (dining room, living room, and bed room) here you should ask for Cesar he can give you a good deal and with a great customer services

We came in looking for a mattress, and loved the memory foam, Cesar helped us pick a mattress and explained the pros and cons of each one. He also explained their financing and payment plans. Very friendly service and delivery too!
They were not pushy but helpful and very informative, Cesar answered all my questions and I am happy with my new memory foam mattress. :D
I recommend this place to anyone and everyone and I’ll come back for a sofa set as soon as I can.

I highly recommend this place. Five Star service, Friendly, welcoming, Not Pushy, Very Helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture. Great prices! Very reasonable prices for quality merchandise. My husband and I spent a lot of time at various stores — High end stores to outlets … And you will find high end merchandise with out the High end Prices at Stephie’s Furniture. We purchased a living room set. :)
I can’t wait to go back and purchase my bedroom set
