I am a frequent visitor of this Starbucks, as it is located near my home. The drink I order is a latte macchiato and each time I order it, it is made differently. Seems like the staff need to be updated on how to make drinks consistently, because I (the customer) shouldn’t have to tell them how many shots are in each size. :/

Seriously? Cheer up guys. The employees here seems like they want to kill themselves. I live across the street so I’m here quite often and they have to shittiest attitude. Literally just for my croissant thrown across the counter. Employees don’t smile and don’t say have a good day back. Either do your job properly or go home. In left with bad vibes each time.

STUDIO CITY, CA
This location is SO hit or miss, and when it misses, oh it misses. Frequently out of items, like chai, or their espresso machine is broken so I can’t order half of what I like to drink. The reason for the 3 stars, and not less, is that (when they do have chai in stock) it’s made SO well… which is nice because other Starbucks make it too watery or it doesn’t stay hot for long. Also, the staff is very friendly and make conversation with you. Lastly, the line is typically short.

Never too busy at this in store location. How evert service was slow. Came in last week for my morning coffee. Saw lots of people behind the counter. Obviously new staff training. Not sure if this will be a permanent place to train but wait time was pretty long.

I approached the counter at noon on a Friday and the barista told me it would be a long wait as she was activating gift cards. Is that more important than waiting on a cutomer?

Cold brew advertised, but not available. Espresso advertised, but not available. A couple of the sandwiches advertised, not available. No short straws for smaller cups. More than half the time, no employees behind the register, so they have to be sought for in the back, or the store manager at Ralph’s has to call for them on the intercom. In short, spotty service, incomplete menu, but when you do get your drink or food, it is at least up to Starbucks’ normal quality, which is good.

They have the nicest Staff ! So I ordered my iced tea. My mom loved it so she told me to get her one. When I asked the lady she said she’d give it to me for 50 cents and she’ll count it as a Refill ! I was happy and so was my mom :)

Can’t resist picking a Starbucks up on my way out from the grocery store. I’m addicted to their white chocolate mocha and chai lattes. Line is not even long! Amazing! Got my drink in under five. They have some tables outside but don’t really like the ambiance as it’s congested with people coming in and out of ralphs. I would walk over to the museum square to enjoy your beverage.

The good news is that usually this moves quicker than the one two blocks west. Once I actually left the one by Courtyard Place and walked down to Ralph’s, got my order and got back before my pals. No dissing the other Starbucks — that one is just more busy!
The staff here is friendly and get the drinks right. No indoor seating but a few tables outside of the store. Although the atmosphere is not so desireable. More of a grab and go place.

Love coming here for a morning coffee. They have our door seating which I enjoy but, it’s hard to enjoy a nice cup of morning coffee with 3 people smoking next to me. Every breath I take early morning is filled with nicotine. Something has to change! I think even though E-​Cigarettes are bad, they don’t give out those Nasty fumes. Anyway, I had to walk away and enjoy my coffee elsewhere.

Waited 6+ months for this location to open and it’s definitely convenient, but boy do these baristas need some work. I have been there 5 – 6 times in the 2 – 3 weeks it’s been open and 80−90% of my drinks have been screwed up. I get it takes time to learn etc. but Starbucks should not have these people making drinks until they are up and running and hitting their stride. For 5 bucks a pop, I don’t want my decaf nonfat latte turned into a caffeinated, regular milk latte… and that has happened… a couple times.
Hopefully this location will come around because the other locations in the area are pure pandemonium and they take 20 – 30 minutes to get a drink.
