I like this Starbucks. It’s in the underground mall. Not too many people know about it. Usually only business people come here that are in the buildings above, so you don’t have to deal with the riff-raff. Staff is usually very nice and accommodating. I walked further to get here than my usual Starcrooks next to Mortons on Fig in order to get away from the poorer service there, and attitude, and beggers, and petition signers, and smelly homeless camped out in the restroom. This Starbucks was a hidden oasis. Like a cave. Glad that ventured down below. Don’t tell too many people about it. Thanks.

Nice location, quick service, and friendly staff. Services all the downtown professionals, in their suits and ties. Full of regulars like most coffee shops.

Conveniently located across from The Bonaventure Hotel. They were very friendly, super quick and my Caramel Macchiato was made perfectly. I gave is a 4 star because it is small and everyone is crammed in a little spot waiting for their orders. If you are staying at the Bonaventure I recommend walking across the street instead of going to the«Starbucks» located at the bar in the hotel. The selection is small as they do not carry all items that Starbucks offers in terms of food. The line is also super long with limited staff so to save some time and peace of mind go for a walk.

Walked out of my way to make it to this Starbucks before it closed. Made it there with a half hour to spare but they wouldn’t serve me because they said they were closing. What kind of Starbucks closes at 6pm?

I generally like Starbucks’ service and drinks and out of all convenience to use their wifi and get some work done. My husband works near there, so after lunch at its food court where it is located at, I decided to stay there longer to get some work done. They only had one outlet available that I can charge laptop and I was fortunate enough to get the seat. I went and ordered my drink and the server at the cashier was nice. In order to use their bathroom, you need a token, so I asked for one when I ordered my drink. The cashier said that they were out of it and if I ask any store in the food court, they should just give it to me without ordering anything extra. I saw the Mrs. field right across from the Starbucks, so while I was waiting for my drink, I went over there and explained the situation and asked for a token. The person who worked at Mrs. Fields told me that she won’t give me a token unless I order one. I understand her concern. If I was a business owner, I wouldn’t necessarily want to give out free tokens if they just come for a token and not order anything. I think this starbucks especially, should stock up some tokens available for its customers especially they order drinks not to cause any inconvenience and have the same experience as me. The other thing that frustrated me was that I wanted to try their new drink, Mango black iced tea lemonade. The person who was making the drink called my name and told me that they were out of mango syrup and asked if I wanted anything different. So, I changed my order to peach green tea lemonade, and they said they were out of that too. I also asked for few more options of ice tea lemonade since I did not have a coffee drink since I already had one in the morning. They were all out of options that I wanted and I don’t think I was asking for some unusual options. I may have been here on a wrong day when they just were out of everything, but I think whoever is managing the store should be able to foresee the demand and stock the right ingredient at all times. I understand that there could be some oversight or just one particular drinks seemed to be ordered a lot more than usual or something. However, I think it is not acceptable that they were out of most of iced-tea lemonade options. Therefore, I had to ask for a refund and just walked out to find a different starbucks option. I know this is located at a convenient place where you can pick one up on the way back to the office after lunch or something, but personally, I have experienced better service and preparation of drinks at other Starbucks stores and I don’t think I would not come back here.

Conveniently located next to the gym Which is perfect in case i need a little pick me up or forget my pre-work out before i hit the weights! It’s usually pretty empty after 6 There’s limited seating at the location, but plenty of room around the plaza Well kept work station and plenty of vendors around them as well

There is usually a long line here in the morning but cashiers and baristas work quickly and efficiently. This particular location seems to be well stocked with pastries food compared to other locations.

This location is only open during the hours of business hours for the work crowd mainly because of the unique location being right beneath the City National Bank tower. Don’t judge it by its size though, for how small the location is, it’s actually pretty quick in producing it’s drinks. Try to avoid the hours when people are headed to work, primarily between 8am and 9am is when the line is the longest. It’s deceiving though because it moves pretty swiftly. Although it’s underground in a small stand-like location, there’s a lot of seating in the food court area or if you want some sun, head up the escalators to the plaza outside.

Our go to Starbucks for my coworkers and I. Great staff and helpful. I have not had a bad experience here at all. They move as quickly as possible. It’s small but works just fine since I take my drink or food to go. Just this morning had a grande coffee dark roast and a Ham & Swiss Sandwich. Sandwich was buttery & flaky, and the ham tasted delicious. Coffee was good as usual.

Subterranean SB underneath a plaza that includes 505 and 555 S. Flower. No windows or air to speak of down here, but the SB employees are extra nice. On the same level? A 24 Hour Fitness to feel guilty about not going in.

For sure this is the cutest Starbucks I ever been to. I love the view of downtown from the window and the roses just on the window height.

Hmmm, not sure if this location is on my list. Anyways, this is one of the smaller SBUXs. Also, recently remodeled. Why? I’m not sure. It didn’t get any bigger.

My favorite Starbucks by far. Gets crazy on weekday mornings because all the suits are grabbing coffee before work. Smaller than most Starbucks I go to but they have a large open outside patio. Jason & Ben make the BEST handcrafted coffees there. And everyone is friendly and remembers your face, drink, food and name! Service is SUPER duber fast(they have a fast pace crowd to please and they do it well!). And they always honor EVERY coupon I bring in.

I have to say that the staff here is upbeat and nice. They’re always willing to share a laugh with me. The bummer is that they only have 2 machines and usually 1 person working the counter. So, the lines can get pretty long. BUT, that’s also because tons of people come here! Don’t half step. Try a wet cappuccino next time you’re here.

As Bronwen Y is correct the photos that is from A. V are from the 444 flower one. The photos are incorrect and make sure you don’t get confused. The Starbucks is located downstairs in the 505 Flower. Right across is Mrs. Field’s and next to one of the exit. The service here is friendly and efficient. The place is clean. We just ordered a cold chocolate out of the open fridge case. Hey that’s all my daughter wanted and I was good with that. I didn’t feel like drinking a espresso at 5pm. I’d only drink espresso at 5pm in Spain. Thank you very much. JK maybe.

Being that this location is in the basement of the building in which I work, I frequent it most days for my morning misto. First, I need to call out that most of the photos included on this listing are of the location across the street at 444 Flower — this one is located in the basement of 505 Flower next to Mrs. Field’s. This Starbucks is teeny tiny, and there is a display of take-home coffee smack dab in the middle of where the line should go. Not optimal planning, but whatever. They location gets super jammed up during peak times. You have to kind of learn the pockets of time when you can sneak in and get a coffee… 10 a.m. is usually a good bet, but it picks up again at 10:15. The recently-expanded pastry cabinet is usually tapped out by about 11:30, so get here early for your baked goods. The staff are really friendly, and it didn’t take them long at all to learn my name and my order. They are usually pretty quick, but if the line reaches out past the seating area I usually take my business across the street. TIPS: Their wifi network is «ATT» and doesn’t require a password. Extra sugar packets are stored in the cabinet under the milk station, and they don’t mind if you have to duck down and grab your own during the rush. They can’t see this station from the counter, so during peak times it can get a litle low.

As you can see from my check-in’s, I used to come to this Starbucks all the time. So why did I stop and decide to update my review with a 1 star? Well, it all happened one morning when I came in for coffee and the cashier decided to call me «huera», thinking that I didn’t understand Spanish. Guess what. I DO understand Spanish and I understand that«huera» translates to «white girl» in a derogatory way. I have to say that there is no reason for a cashier to address me in that way nor address anyone in that way.
