I really appreciate your customer service. I’m not too Starbucks savvy because I don’t order it all the time.

By far my worst Starbucks experience. The line was shorter than usual, 2 people. I order a quick easy drink, so I thought this would be quick. The employee took over 15 minutes to fulfill the 2 orders before me. 2 drinks. About 10 minutes in, she spilled a Frappucino and then proceeded to take the time to completely clean it up. Not acknowledging the people waiting patiently. I almost never say anything, but another girl came up to help when it was my turn to order. I laughingly said, «I just check my phone and it has been more than 15 minutes to help the 2 people ahead of me.» The girl looked at me and said, «Oh yeah? That is crazy. Yeah, there was just one person working.» No apology, no comped drink which I think was deserved(a $ 3 Iced coffee). I always have pretty good experiences at Starbucks, but this was beyond me.

Yeah I work across the street and I have to agree this Starbucks sucks. They are usually out of something. It’s either cold cups, or tall cold cups, or out of iced coffee, or lemonade. Too inconvenient, too persistent it’s annoying.

I hate coming here… which stinks because it’s right by my house. The drinks are usually made wrong and they take forever. The line is always moving slow and even if there is more than one employee, they don’t know how to multitask. The people who work there are rude. Today I asked for napkins and the barista told me to find some in one of the aisles. like are you kidding me? It’s already annoying I’m waiting forever for an iced coffee. The lady in front of me asked for skim milk and they gave her a hard time about it. The area is dirty as well. Finally, they never give me the iced drink frequent stickers that are going on with the promotion right now. Lazy and gross. Not looking good for Starbucks…

If I could give half a star, I would. I got to thus location at 855pm since they close at 9 I figured I still made it. Wrong. The little disgruntled female attendant clearly wanted to leave early. I asked if they were still open in which she stated very rude like… nope. No eye contact. No apology for closing early(I would of understood any excuse to getting out early) No attempt at decent customer service whatsoever. This of course the location inside of target. The manager should be embarrassed by his/her crew. If that was the manager, I would be embarrassed as an employee working for this person. Some places just don’t care about customer service. This is one of them.
