These guys really helped us out with the security Cameras and satellite consolidation for our condo complex. We had alot of fly by night companies do us wrong over the years but Space Command has been exemplary with responding to our needs and getting things done within budget and on schedule. If you need at cable service DONOT go through this company. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Not to mention, extremely rude. I highly recommend not bothering with these people. Also.‘its been a month and. Still don’t have service. In all of my life, I have never come across such rude.

I just moved to the West LA area and looked on Unilocal for satellite TV and this popped up, at first I was a little iffy because of all the negative reviews, but I decided to give it a shot so I called. I got the service installed the day it was scheduled. I got DVR which has 1tb of memory which is phenomenal! Now I can record, rewind, pause, and fast forward any show or movie! I’m truly grateful for coming across space command on Unilocal.Thank you so much!

Ken Keeps sending threatening messages to me almost 2 years later. Don’t use this company. It’s really sad because I could have easily deleted my review if he just said sorry and fixed the situation. Make sure you are very careful if you deal with him. He is severely disturbed.

Your review helps others learn about great local businesses. We signed up for Dish with Ken and just completed our 2 year contract and no longer wish to keep the service. Our customer service experiences with Ken have been great, timely, courteous, professional and most appreciated. My niece and I moved into a new condo with very little knowledge of cable set up. Ken worked all the details out with the builder. The set up was completed successfully within the time frame he quoted. At the end of the contract when we needed to return the equipment, we were out of town traveling, and he went beyond the call of duty to assist us in returning the equipment in time. First of let me start off with how bad cable tv is, so many channels were lost, in my area I would have blackouts and would have to go hours without tv. I decide to switch to satellite, I wasn’t to sure on what to get, a friend recommended me to space command told me they could help me decide on that. So I went ahead and call this company to see if they could help me choose between dish and directv. They were able to help me decided, one of the reps was very informative about each(dish and directv) service, and their differences. Everything was smooth and easy to order, no complications. The install was to my satisfaction, and were able to work around my schedule. I’m loving my new tv provider. Thanks

I don’t even know where to begin. Ken at «space command» is the biggest clown I’ve ever dealt with in all my life. He jerks you around to a degree you’d be shocked by. I can’t believe they are in business. He will charge your credit card for surprise charges and change his story repeatedly. He’s an incredibly awful person to deal with from start to finish. What a complete prick.

If I could give this«business» zero stars I would. I’m not sure how this guy Ken is supposed to be a functioning owner of a business with such lack of professionalism and etiquette. I have NEVER in my entire LIFE received such poor customer service! Apparently this guy has some sort of soft contract with my apartment management company. He threw an attitude at me and my roommate when I told him that I was going to hold off on his services until I did a little research on pricing. At that moment he FLIPPEDHISLID, telling us no one was allowed to step foot on my property except him, that DirecTV didn’t even have internet and their sales people are trying to trick us, etc. As I was trying to explain to him that we could in fact go with any service provider we so choose, he cuts me off mid-sentence yelling at me saying, «THAT’S NOTRIGHT, YOU’REWRONG» and proceeds to HANGUPTHEPHONEONME! In complete shock, I call him back so that I could make sure he had cancelled my installation appointments. I said, «Excuse me sir, I wasn’t through speaking with you and I don’t appreciate you hanging up on me either – » He cuts me off once more, yelling, «WELL I’M FINISHED!» and hangs up on me for a SECOND time! Minutes later, I receive a call from him with my property manager on the line as well. His demeanor did a 180 and starts pretending to be polite because my property manager was on the phone, and he starts telling me how it’s actually«for my safety and protection» that we go through him for our cable and internet service. HA you’ve got to be kidding me… You seriously expect me to believe you have any regard for me as a customer, much less, my safety and protection?! You are off your rocker if you ever think I would even consider using your services. I would rather go without cable and internet than use you! This person Ken needs to do some serious re-evaluation. He certainly will not be taking any command of my space and I highly recommend you do not either… Do not let this guy step foot near or around your home! Space Command is a fitting name considering his head is so far up his own ass it’s probably in space. So, no Ken, it is actually for YOUR safety and protection that we do not use your service. Thank you for forever being the prime example of the time I received astonishingly poor customer service…

Never been more disrespected in my life. I called to find out why Direct TV charges me an extra 200 $ per box if you try and add boxes after the first install date. The guy said I should have known since day one how many TV’s I would need. If i was going to have roommates get the boxes ahead of time. I told him It was cheaper to to pay cancelation fee and switch to time warner than to buy two more boxes through them($ 400). He told me I should be honoring my contract and not pay the cancelation fee and that he is going to call and talk to my apartment manager? I am pretty sure complaining to my apartment manager that I do not want your service anymore is not going to help any. Rude phone support. Rude service. They only care about money. I am switching to Time Warner Cable as we speak. At least then you are not locked into a contract so they don’t have to help you and your helpless. If you feel you are treated unfair there you are free to switch services. Do yourself a favor and look closely at the pricing before proceeding with Direct TV or this establishment. Thank goodness I called and realized these folks were in fact open. i don’t think I have ever gotten such good service, such followup and genuine concern about how my television in my house turned out. From Ken the guy who sold me the account to Elias who did a long and very difficult install in my home I CANNOTRECOMMENDTHESEGUYSENOUGH. THey are so sweet and did a beautiful job. You are doing yourself a favor by working with them. I am glad I could write them a review here as testament to their excellent work.
