Worst place I have ever been too. Steak tasted like tire with the same texture. Not to mention the fact it was raw!

I love the shrimp lunch with the baked potato so goooood and it is close to work call it in and pick it up so convenient

Amazing service :) The food is great! :) Staff was amazing. I ordered steak and lobster the selection of the salad bar was so plentiful. The manager was so friendly, helpful and accommodating.

We went out for my wife’s birthday. Because we normally only get the salad bar, we could not find the sides for the entrees. After having two employees pass us, without stopping to ask if they could help us, we went up to a register where a gentleman was working. We asked him if he could tell us which sides were available, but all he did was smile at us, then go into the back. Right then, another employee (we later found out to be Frank, a manager), came walking up to the register, while on his cell phone. He was saying, «Of course I’m at work…», when he finally acknowledged us. Instead of helping us, he just pointed to the next register and said, «They’ll help you down there», in an abrupt tone. I then said to him, we need to know the sides so we can choose what we want with our order. He then seemed frustrated, pulling the cell phone off his face, and quickly running through the sides. He then walked over, grabbed the «sides» menu, smacked it down on the counter, and walked away from us.
The ironic part of this, is that everything else was great, from the food (steaks), to the server who helped us. It’s just that Frank acted like a complete jerk, which dampened the mood for a while. It was not overly busy, we were not being out of line, it seems like he was just frustrated with us because we interrupted his cell phone call.

Dropped off for a quick bite after landing at LAX. Food was mediocre, but fairly priced. Had the burgundy tops on a senior menu. Meat was tender, but no flavor in the gravy. Not that friendly when he took order, but server very helpful

Ordered bacon burger. When they brought my food it had not bacon. They ran out of bacon. The only thing that was tasty was the salad bar. U can’t really mess up a salad. The dressing was disgusting. The lemonade was good. It was clean but they need better service.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at sizzler. The service was good, but the food was HORRIBLE!!! The soup was cold, they ran out of baked potatoes, the sautéed spinach was the WORST ever… And the salad dressing was disgusting… We hate that we wasted our $ 40. I know it wasn’t much money but it was my money…

April 2015 Update:
Yaaaaa! They brought the wings back. Woooohoooo!

I have not dined at a sizzlers in probably ten years, but family came to town and wanted to dine quickly, so bam sizzlers. The service was not great, the waitress worked for her tip, so that was nice to see someone doing their job. There was a hair in my food, which grossed me out. Because of the service when it came to ordering, I had no faith in getting this issue resolved.

Very impressed with the service. As soon as we walked in, the cashier acknowledged us and let us know she happy to help us when we were ready, explained the menu and how everything worked. The manager came around and checked on us… our server was all smiles, personable and friendly. Very happy tonight!

Sizzler really stepped up it’s game!
Salad bar with entress is the way to go! They have tacos, they have salad, they have ice cream, they have chicken winges, they have basically everything except sushi. and you don’t want sushi from Sizzler.

Was ok, steaks and food looked little bit disarranged on the plate, waiter was rude. Salad bar was ok and meat was good after all. Would go to a different location next time.

I have to admit, the food tasted like something I’d expect from a cafeteria. But you know what? I’d come back. Thank you Anthony Bourdain for reminding me of my youth. $ 7.99 salad bar for lunch? Boom! I had a steak lunch and salad add on for what $ 12? Ok so fine my steak was baby sized. And what’s with the cheese toast? I’ve had better. But how can you say no to the all you can eat hot bar? What? Unlimited tacos and guacamole? Chicken wings? (Yes they’re back). Nachos? Note: next time I’ll pass on the meat balls. No meatball taco for me, sorry. They tasted of the chef boyardee variety. Soft, processed and gelatinous. But the wings were solid. Besides you can’t beat it for lunch.

I am giving this sizzler location 5 stars. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive. Our server Michael was wonderful! We ate there before taking a trip to NY. The location is right near LAX convenient to long term parking lot C. The food was exceptionally good, the buffet was well stocked with fresh food. This Sizzler is probably one of the best ones I have been too! BTW lots of TV screens too!

This is the first sizzlers I’ve been to where you order & pay for your food before you sit down.
The menu seems to be all over the place. Reconmend you sort your menu where the specials comes first then the regular entrees. I had trouble locating where the sides & drinks were.
The salad bar was okay. I was kind of disappointed that some of the greens were kind of brown like it’s been out for awhile. Other then that everything else at the salad bar was good
During the wait at the table, the server was very nice and professional. He made his rounds and check ups routinely. My drink never made it pass halfway. Good job to him.
The dinner rolls seemed okay. It kind of tasted like it was reheated and glazed with butter to cover it up.
The steak is on point! Cooked medium-​rare to perfection. The baked potato was kind of disappointing since you had to get the salad bar (extra charge) to load up your baked potato.
I give this place a 4 star because of the server and the steak. It is a great place for steaks since it is a steakhouse. Other then that… blah

Sizzler was my dad’s default restaurant. When he wasn’t sure what he wanted, we’d end up going to Sizzler.
I haven’t been to one since before he died, so visiting this location was a bit of a milestone. (I had intended to go to a different location, but I found out that they had shuttered that location.)
The layout of this Sizzler is like every other.
I ordered a shrimp plate. (I never order shrimp, but I wanted something fried.) I got the salad bar updgrade with it. The shrimp were fine. I asked for a baked potato, which I haven’t ordered in years, but I very much enjoyed it.
The salad bar had some fresh offerings, which I enjoyed. The hot appetizer stuff was typical fair, but the little fried chicken drumettes were super salty. The highlight of the dinner, for me, was the hot buttered yeast rolls. Super light and fluffy, with a slight hint of saltiness from the butter. Mighty tasty.
My family and I wanted to sit on one side of the restaurant, but it was reserved for some kind of party, so we were forced to sit nearer to the door. The hostess kept trying to make us sit in a booth. Fat people do not sit in booths! That pissed me off.

I have to say the cashier Michelle was great very informative and so was the waitress Veronica… that’s why I gave this place a 4 star plus the food. but the manager had a very bad attitude her name is Angela! My family and I want to walk out because of her. If you don’t like your job find some thing else that make you happy. shout out to the rest of the employees there great job

The best Sizzler in LA, Here is the Tip; this is a steak house order the steak. Just saying! usually cooked to perfections medium rare. waiter will wait until you check to see if it was undercooked.
I’m not a huge fan of the Salad Bar, I prefer a Chef’s Salad.

(1) Not fond of THIS location especially since they no longer have the chicken wings on their salad bar buffet. I don’t know who’s idea it was to switch to tiny little popcorn looking nuggets BUT that is not good and neither is the taste of the nuggets that were served. They were cold and hard as hell. Thought I was going to crack a molar or something.
(2) When we arrived the cashier was busy counting the money in her drawer. Instead of the other cashier assisting us we stood their waiting 4 minutes for the counting to end.
(3) Waiter service on the dining floor was non-​existant. My son was seeking a refill on his soda but no one was around to ask. He ended up drinking my lemonade. By the time someone did stop by we where ready to go.
Won’t be back to this spot.

This is Sizzler so I would never order any entrée here. Their lunch salad bar, however, is worth having if you have a $ 2 off coupon. This is what this review is based on.
The vegetation is relatively fresh. They even have mixed salads now. The soup is ok with a variety of three. The best item, though, is the fried chicken wings. They provide Frank’s hot sauce so it’s sorta like buffalo wings. The cheese bread is always good. They’ve added a few items since I’ve had it last, a few years ago so it’s a decent seletion.
