Simona Mayorga’s Day care has by far beaten any nanny we have ever had and at about one fourth the cost. I have for children and all have had a nanny until preschool. My husband and I work full-​time so there have always been issues with our very well paid nannies taking liberties – and I am sure we knew only the half of it. So after a horrible incident with our last nanny, I decided I would try day care for our last baby. He started at Simona’s when he was 6 months old. Three days after he started, he slept through the night (none of my other kids slept through the night until much older). She has a large covered patio play area, great food and keeps the kids on a very regular schedule. Needless to say, my baby got a lot of exercise and has consistently slept 12 hrs a night since he began going to Simona’s. Last week he started at Los Angeles Family School and his transition was seamless. the teachers said they have never seen a child adjust so easily and quickly. I highly recommend Simona’s day care in Silver Lake over any nanny!
