This place is located between Loma verde Ave and Independence Ave across the street from the Canoga Park public library. I get my documents notarized here all the time, there is always 3 notaries available. My sister and friends have gotten married here, they provided the license and performed Ceremony, both times they have done a great job. I highly recommend them for I have received nothing but great service. This is a multiservice office seems they also handle different type of document services like divorce, taxes real estate and some other services. One thing I must add is that for the notary services they only take cash which is ok with me because I go for the service and convenience, I was told they do this because notaries are independent contractors and due to fee being so small it’s not fair that they have to pay a bank fee on our behalf on something that is already so cheap, anyways like I said I go for the knowledge and customer service for any document I take they seem to know how to handle it and properly notarize. I have been coming here 8 years and will continue to do business with them.

Answered only in Spanish when I called, no big, but when I was transferred to the second person it could have been mentioned I spoke English only before the next person answered w/​a big spiel all in Spanish.
My biggest complaint is the «cash only» for notary. Wow. Won’t be bringing big orders, even if I’m reimbursed. I never carry that kind of cash on me.
