Professionalism — 0 Response Time — 1 Trustworthiness — 0 Usefulness — 0 Customer Service — 0 Absolutely useless. Sent a guy(nice guy but I needed a professional) out whose tool kit consisted of a pocket knife to unscrew the components and a bic lighter. The guy was supposed to come back with parts which was going to be ordered by the front office and two days later they are still supposedly calling to get a part! Each day the ‘lady’ says she will return the call at the end of the day and never does. Absolutely useless and this notation is really just a reminder to me not to ever waste my time calling them again.

If i could give minus stars or no stars, I would but since I can’t, I’m giving one star. To begin, I had a gas leak and had to call a plumber to come out and fix my home line. He said i should call a furnace guy to work on my furnace as a separate issue. So my landlord called these guys. The guy came and asked me what needed to be done. How am I supposed to know? I said i could get my plumber on the phone and have him tell him what to do. My awesome plumber explained the issue and the guy proceeded to go under my apt through the crawl space. He said the plumber didn’t leave things where he said and that he needed to go get a part. He was gone for over an hour. He comes back with a part and then goes back under the building. A few minutes later, he runs past me and yells for me to call 911 and that there’s a FIRE under the building. Apparently he forgot to turn off the gas before he started work. I felt bad for him cause he singed his hair and hurt his hand. Fire trucks came and the whole deal. A woman from the office came to check out what happened. She then tried to blame the whole thing on my plumber. My plumber came back the next day and we realized that the guy was working on my neighbor’s unit and not mine. He tried to reattach the gas line to a floor furnace that was no longer in use and the pilot from the wall unit that they currently use must have sparked the fire. Thankfully, everyone was ok and there wasn’t too much damage. Accidents happen so I can’t blame them too much but what really ticked me off was that they said they would send out a different technician the next morning to finish up the work. When I called that morning to find out when they would come, I was told that they didn’t want to come till later in the day cause they wanted to make sure that all the water was dried up. When I called later in the day to see when they were coming, they said they would come the next morning. My plumber had already been out there under the building. It was plenty dry. You would think they would want to take care of things after they f*ed up so bad the first time around. I called my landlord and said I didn’t trust them to do the work and so we decided to go with someone else. They clearly didn’t know what they were doing to begin with but after you screw up you really should try to remedy the matter rather than worry about getting wet from the water that was used to put out the fire that you started. End result, my gas is still off and I still have no hot water, heater, or use of my stove till I can get the new guys to come by. UGH!
