Salmon lite burrito is VERY fishy, I think from the seaweed they put in it. The restaurant was not clean, and it was basically, in my opinion, a lower quality Chipotle. I would prefer Chipotle to Sharky’s any day. Very disappointed in my experience here after reading so many good reviews.

After visiting the Beverly Hills location I decided to stop here for a quick bite. I ordered a shrimp taco for myself and a kids bowl for my daughter. The shrimp taco at Beverly Hills was so amazing I figured I’d get it again. After the food got to the table I was in complete dismay. My $ 5 taco literally had 2 measly pieces of fried shrimp sandwiched between two corn tortillas, a mound of lettuce and a river of cream sauce. No thank you! My previous experience clearly spoiled me because it didn’t lack the protein. I requested a different item because that was so uncool. The staff handled my request well and also informed me that is in fact the amount they use. Okay, fine. I just will remember when I want Sharky’s to head to Beverly Hills.

I only recently was brought to this place by a friend. And I like this place so much more than Chipotle. And it’s around the same price range as Chipotle too. The food here is definitely a lot more authentic tasting, and you get free chips?! I’m sold. Any place that offers me chips without having to pay extra has my heart already. And this place has a great selection of salsa to try with your chips too. I usually get the shrimp burrito. The shrimp is always fresh and nicely grilled. I’ve also tried their quesadilla and it was everything I expected too. Good meat and real warm cheese. Now granted, if you are in Hollywood, you can probably find even more authentic Mexican food in the area. But for what Sharky’s is worth, it does the job very well.

Love this place. Thier food is healthy and yummy. Unlike Chiptole or Baja Fresh, they offer a wide range of ultra healthy food choices. I like that they offer sides such as brown rice, yams and steamed brocolli besides the more traditional Mexican fare. I also like that they post calories on the menu, so health conscience people can know what they’re eating. Their food is very fresh and yummy, their restaurant is clean, parking is easy(rare for being in Hollywood) and their employees are polite. Give this place a try!

Ordered the tofu burrito, santa fe style, totally worth it! bit pricey, but then again this place is along the healthier side of fast food chains– but it was very flavorful and they give a variety of hot sauces, and just about every meal comes with tostadas! BOMB! Go try it :)

Since baja fresh closed. Ive been to Sharkeys a few times. I love the concept of healthy choice ingredients. In a fast food alternative. My complaint is when your cashier tells you. Please, Im training. Mind you the Supervisor is standing right there. Im paying for fast food. Not to train James or Jaime or whatever his name is. The next time i go I over hear myself being talked about. Complaint. Everyone hires illegal people. As i overheard this was the case with the Cashier. But train them offsite. So the customer is not waiting and paying for the training. If i want extra sour cream. Guacamole on the side. Customer service people should have a proficient command of English. And fully operational knowledge of the register. My burrito came cold. The guacamole inside. With very little sour cream. Really? it took at least 5 minutes to take my order. If people are not trained beforehand it lowers the standard of quick fast courteous customer service. I see my food being prepared. Were they certified in Food handling with the city? Were they trained to wash their hands? Questions are raised now in the Red flag area for me now that I know Sharkey corporate policy allows hiring illegals. Where else do they cut corners? I may drive down to chipotles on Larchmont easier parking. They have a hand basin where you see food handlers actively washing their hands. With a diverse crew of peoples running the show. parking also is never been a problem.

I don’t mind paying extra for gourmet Taco Bell Mexican type of food when I’m hungry and have a short lunch break. But when you call in the order and mention you’re from the company around the corner, that means give my discount please! I also ordered extra beans and of course no extra beans. This what happens to people that rush and don’t take the time to do things the right way.

What a friendly staff! The food is always delicious and the customer service makes it that much better. I have eaten there dozens of times and it never gets old. The smiles on the staff and the excellent cuisine make this place and regular in my lunch rotation. I will continue to frequent this place and I’m sure that my dining experience will remain fantastic.

Great food but make sure to check your to go container before you leave. They’re really good about getting all your stuff when you’re eating there but this is the 2nd time they either messed up my side or forgot it. Sucks because I walked all the way home, discovered my quinoa & veggies missing & I’m not walking back. Steak & yams it is. Luckily they will supposedly save my receipt as credit the next time I go there; perhaps in 2 months??! Let’s see how this pans out.

Before seeing a show at the Pantages we wanted to grab a bite to eat. I googled local restaurants surrounding the theatre and this caught my eye so we tried it. It’s off the main strip and I was expecting a sit down restaurant with a server. It reminded me of a Baja Fresh. The food was fresh and great! The employees were nice and answered all my questions on what I was thinking of ordering. I had two chicken fajita tacos and devoured both! It was so good! The only reason I gave it four stars and not five is because the outside was not inviting and I actually thought it was closed. The outside could use a little overhaul.

I love this spot — I order lunch from here once a week. They seriously have THENICEST employees here. Like, nice enough for me to log on and leave this review. It’s not, like, the nicest-looking restaurant, and it’s always kinda dark in there so I get my food to go, but everything I’ve tried has been great and the prices are awesome when you use the Sharky’s card.

We go here regular before shows at the Pantages. It’s hidden on a side street, but it is one of the only affordable options that isn’t just greasy junk food. It’s also fast, which is really important when you have a curtain time to make. The service here is fantastic, which earns it the fourth star, but seriously, for what a prime location in Hollywood this is, I am really shocked that the company has not renovated this location to look more like their newer locations(like the one in Chatsworth and Camarillo). Yeah, it isn’t as spacious, but they should do the high top tables and the more casual bar feel. This one doesn’t even serve beer or wine, whereas the others have local brews and sangrias made in house. This is still Sharky’s food, but not that environment at all. But, when you are in a hurry and don’t want to spend a bunch of money in Hollywood, this place hits the spot. Consistent quality food and service, and it’s clean, and never crowded, even on weekends.

Great fast food Mexican at this spot. Very friendly and helpful staff. If you’re in Hollywood and in a hurry this is a great spot. Meter parking out front is ample, especially during the day.

This is my first time to the restaurant it was pretty neat to have the experience what I did. Norma assisted at the checkstand and she was very helpful with my order and it was my first night so she helped me pick my meal. I also got signed up for the rewards program so it will encourage me to come back and get some free money towards food on a later visit.

I consider myself a burrito snob, so I was thrilled to find a place in LA that has a promising Mission-style burrito. It certainly did not disappoint — rice, beans, guac, sour cream, cheese, salsa… and all for under $ 6. I was happy crying. Having become disenchanted with Chipotle, this is a perfect Mexican fast food alternative. I will definitely be back.

The employees here are amazing. The food quality is outstanding. The restaurant is always super clean. You can use the bathroom without being scared of it being dirty. The food is organic but it is not overpriced. For every hundred dollars you spend you get seven dollars back. I’m going to spend it anyway so works for me. Not to mention they have the world’s best salsa bar and pico de gallo to absolutely die for!!!

It’s very unfortunate that Sharkys wouldn’t pick up their phone for me. I called several times to order catering. And let’s not forget the hanging up as well! Sharky’s you lost out on some mega $$$.

This place is like Mexican fast food, but with a health twist. I had the following: Quinoa Harvest Salad Nachos Everything was fresh and I enjoyed a nice lunch without the guilt of eating extremely unhealthy food. Both were very good and satisfied my lunch craving. I really liked that there were so many lunch options available… I’d go back.
