SFVPG – San Fernando Valley Patients Group

The staff at this dispensary is top notch. I have visited others in the Valley and have been unimpressed with how busy, unwilling to answer questions and otherwise rude other dispensary staff have been. SFVPC has a good selection and the products they carry are constantly expanding. I recommend them highly.

I’m so tired of this place. Never coming back. This has happened multiple times! I drive hours to get to this shop and I will call and explain my circumstances, Before arriving, I will state that I am 5 mins away and like clockwork, whomever you are will tell me that if «I GET THERE AT 8PM, I WILL STILL BE LET IN!» Now when arriving at 8pm, your security guard acted 2 ways, one; he heard the conversation we had on the phone and explains that I had to be there BEFORE 8. Meanwhile, The person who took my call at 755pm 10/​14, explained that 8pm was going to be acceptable and that I needed to be there right at 8pm!
The second way your security guard acted, told me he was fully aware of the situation then lied just to cover himself, He knew that I was coming, suddenly. He also shared that the owners and him were laughing at me on the security camera as they knew I would be arriving.
On top of that, the affluent owners (you know who you are, you stiff armed my face) opened the door while I was right there at 8pm and both men chose to stick their hands in my face and yell «CLOSED»! Don’t tell me one thing then reverse everything you said as soon as I get there, bad business practices!!!
No compassion, no care, it’s all about profit for SFVPG/​SFVPC. I have seizures with out my medicine, so this all shows how much they care about their sincere medicinal patients.
I want to make clear that I have much appreciation for Tony, Susie and Craig, you guys are amazing and much love for all your help during my tenure there.
Mike, on the other hand, you are a little rough around the edges and are generally unwilling to cooperate with me even if after I will explain my situation (s) in person, in the dispensary, to your face! No love from a place that is supposed to be helping? Shocked and awed
Look at the cameras from 8pm as i arrived last night ¹⁰⁄₁₄ and refer to the call log from 7:55pm if your interested in speaking with me, I’m not hard to miss 8pm-​802pm, was right there. A couple attempted opening the door just before I arrived, then me immediately after. You’ll also be able to witness your security relaying to me the good laugh you got to share over my arrival while your owners yell CLOSED and put a hand to my face. Not to mention, you literally turned the lights off while we were standing right outside.
You are losing a valuable customer, but as demonstrated last night by your abrasive staff, no one will care.
