Seaway Motel

lets face it you don’t get much for $ 57.00 a night including tax in los angeles. no frills, no breakfast, no pool. no hookers, no smiles, no happiness. just the most basic motel possible. you do get a microwave and a small refrigerator. a stand up shower., free parking and free internet service provided by the hospital. (not seaway motel)
there are no decent resturants nearby only fast food places like del taco and carls jr. mc donalds. you have to drive kinda far to eat at better places on pico blvd west of la cigeniga blvd. theres a target store going south venice blvd and the I 10 (im not sure how far maybe 2 miles south). on lacigeina blvd.
almost no furniture. just 1 broken down table and 1 broken down chair that should of been thrown out in 1992. no place to put your clothes in so you have to keep everything in your suitcase. the internet service works in room 109 but not in room 116 so be careful which room you get. i had to move out of room 109 because the hot water stoped working. bring your own hangers and shampoo, soap. the satelitte tv service is bad and sometimes wound up looking at a blank tv screen. the motel is just east of where the i 10 and venice blvd cross. the only reason to stay here is to save money from the better motels in better nehiborhoods .
update the hot water has stoped working. again. I find it odd right after I wrote this review the hot water stoped working again. Coincidence? I think not
