Worst customer service… Out of 3 girls none of them were nice enough to help. PS the cashier looked and talked like a gangster. they were all in a bad mood I felt like I was trapped in a box with scorpions… never again will I go!

Rudest customer service ever. The main lady in the cashier is such a b****. She dont care about your questions and she is not professional at all i asked her a question and she looking at her self in the mirror careless answering me. At the end i ask for two hair dye the same exact one and gave me one a diffrent color and didnt nitice till i was in my car but they had closed right away. And she was hurrying up a lady in there also to be done already because they were closing. Poor lady. Smfh im never coming back i went to a diffrent location to get the correct hair dye that the other lady didnt give me. Atleast right their the lady was actually professional and nice.

The worst customer service ever me and my sister were standing on line for about 5 min waiting for some one to help us out with a behind the counter item the only cashier on duty was slow as a snail ringing a customer up so my sister approach a heavy set woman that was sweeping a rug at the front of the store to help out the said she was busy and just told us to wait another 5 min went by before the came around to help us and then when I complain about her customers service she replied I won’t ring you up and told us to leave the store I video taped her and told her I would report her to management she seem not to care about it. Totally unprofessional is people like her that should not be working or dealing with another human being she acted like an animal.
Stay away from this store there is another sally store on long beach blvd with great customer service.

Pros:
Red headed girl was really nice, came in for a bit of lightening products and looks genuinely helpful.
Cons: The selection in product is limited but you’ll find why you need, it was really busy when I walked in!

I buy my hair dyes and other accessories here. Always get a good costumer service and quality product. I always leave happy and excited about what i just bought lol. If your always fucking with your hair i recommend you get the Sallys card to get the special pricing on the products.

Look at the price tags carefully. The larger price is the price with the Sally Card. Don’t have a Sally Card, your items will cost you more.

Terrible terrible customer service! They must place am ad that reads: looking for incompetent and rude individuals that need a job. Went there once and will never go back. They treat everyone as potential shoplifters and aren’t very competent in answering product questions nor do they care!

OMG I just came here and got the most helpful person! I couldn’t find something online in the store and she went on to look for it.
And she found it! Then, she even double checked the skew and everything and the model to make sure it was it!
She was so patient and passive!
And I got a free gift. And a coupon
Anyways the only reason I’m not giving this 5 stars it’s because it’s expensive. X) lol

I came in today to buy my moms hair dye.
When I came in I was greeted by both ladies in the cash registers
When I was going to pay I was inform that there was a sale so I took advantage of it and bought not only my moms dye but some for me and my sister
Over all I can’t complaint

Horrible customer service skills! I walked in and walked right back out! I’m surprised this location has customers coming in with such terrible service! I rather go next door to Cvs and pay a little more and avoid the rude staff.

They are pricy and not helpful. AND over priced. i dye my hair red all the time and sallys is just too expensive.
Found a new place much better on price and the staff is friendlier its called eBeauty its on pacific blvd between gage ave. and clarendon ave. … i found all the brands i love that you can t get at sallys like Joico, Redken, CHI, Manic Panic and more… for a very cheap price too!
NO I DONT WORK FOR THEM… im just a savvy shopper :) !

They always have good coupons! Most of the Sallys locations are expensive but since it’s in a new area they have great offers. (BUT) I come here rarely due to the fact that since there in a Hispanic they only speak to you in Spanish. There really friendly they just shouldn’t assume that I speak Spanish (because I don’t)

The clerk we worked with had the communication skills of a rock. Most responses from her were either monosyllabic grunts or silence. Recently they had a buy 2 get 1 free deal on a product. We asked if the products we were looking at were part of the deal. She replied «u-​hu», do we have the right products?, «u-​hu». We went home and found she charged us for all three. We later found out we needed a coupon that they had in their flyer, that was sitting on the counter. She never mentioned it. I’ve met smarter plant life. While I rather buy local, at least CVS employees know what it takes to bring customers back.

I come here once in a while to buy hair dye and nail polish. I usually don’t come here because they close earlier than the Sally’s by my office. So I’m usually here on the wkends.
The staff here is ok. Not too helpful but at least they don’t follow you around trying to sell you stuff like I’ve experienced at other locations. If you come here a lot I suggest you get the Sally’s card, the discounts are worth it.
