this is a 10 star company! just purchased 6 brand new machines. We worked w/​James Shon who was very helpful w/​our purchase. Even after we had reached our deal. James came back to us and said that he quoted $ 200 too much on one of the machines. He will be sending us a check for that amount! Great experience work w/​this group.
it just got better!!! James called to make sure all is good. He is sending mechanic for minor adjustment at no charge! Go Royal sewing machines!!!

About a month ago, I began my quest for an industrial sewing machine. I called over 10 different vendors located dtown. Since I was a fashion student who had never bought an industrial sewing machine before, I had a lot of questions. Majority of the vendors had snappy answers to my questions and were dismissive to my inexperience.
Then, I contacted Royal Sewing. James was incredibly polite, professional, and knowledgable. Never did he have a hint of annoyance with any question that I had. He was more than happy help. Over the phone, he explained the differences between the machines and gave many suggestions based on what I was looking for.
The dedication to customer service sold me. Later that day I went in to take a look at the machine and it was perfect. The store had everything you would ever need: dress forms, sergers, bobbins, fabric scissors, clear rulers, hip curves, rotary cutters, cutting mats, etc. My machine was delivered 2 days later, and it’s been smooth sewing ever since I even recieved a courtesy call making sure everything was in working order. Two thumbs ways up!

This company is great! I fail to understand why I am the first to review them. I live in the Bay Area where there is little access to sewing machinery at a decent price. I did a bunch of research and ordered my new industrial sewing machine through these guys. Not only was James professional and communicative, he worked with me to help coordinate my drive down to LA with the arrival and readiness of the machine.
This is a very professional family owned business that has been around for ages. They are very knowledgeable and gave me the best price compared to competitors as well as saved me money where they could. The staff even tuned the machine to my particular fabric choices and helped load the heavy sucker into my trailer for the drive back north.
I will definitely come back to talk to these guys about other machines and services, and buy another industrial device from them!
