I usually love Roscoes, but my last experience was awful! Never order chicken sausage! They’re very small and dry! Yuk! Customer service was off that day! They charge .40cents for syrup to go in the really small cup! Very disappointing!

This being the first time here was excited to taste the food since I always hear so many good things. Food was ok 6 out of 10… price wise wouldn’t come again a small side of Mac and cheese $ 6.00 hmmm… No thanks I rather buy a bucket of Popeye’s chicken plus sides…

The food is delicious always very fresh! I’ve eaten here for years and live just down the street. Everyone is friendly and if you have an issue just let one of the managers know, they’ll correct it. I’ve been to other Roscoes but for some reason the chicken here tastes much better to me. It’s never EVER cold!

The food is what keeps us coming back. Not sure what goes into that secret waffle batter but it’s hands down the best. The chicken is crispy yet juicy. Our issue was the service, the food come out fast, but the waitress seemed to be in a rush, and never returned to ask if we needed refills or anything else. We will be back.

Food was great but the downside was the customer service. We ordered our drinks and waited 15 minutes so we went ahead and asked if anyone would take our orders when come to find out they didn’t even know who our server was! I go off of people’s vibes and attitudes and his was not even good. He threw our plates at us. There were five of us and we wanted to pay separately but they said they only took two cards so three of us paid in cash and then we wanted the rest on two cards but then they said they only accepted one. They need to clearly explain the rules to us before hand or at least have a sign

I came here for the first time. The wait was long, but not extremely long. Parking was also hard to find, I actually had to park on the street and walk a bit to get here on a week day. I had one of the house combos that came with two chicken wings (you can pick the chicken), greens, macaroni, and corn bread. I also got a waffle as well. For my opinion on the food– I had better fried chicken and corn bread before, the greens were too salty, and the waffle and macaroni were the only two good things I had. After eating here, the only thing I really enjoy here are their waffles. Also, service here is not the best. The employees here make it seem as though they do not enjoy their jobs, which was very visible to me and I am sure other customers as well.

This is the spot ;) close to home not a long drive less busier than the long beach location; employees are very welcoming and on top of their job. Never waited more than 25 mins. The food quality is delicious; my fav is the jones w waffle

I’m surprised this place doesn’t have any reviews! Checked out this location because I had to drop someone off at LAX. It was around noon and there was a wait. It was me and two other people and we waited for about 20 minutes to be seated. When we were sat, our server was very nice and attentive to our order. It was 2 of my friends first time trying Roscoes, so they had a lot of questions. Our server answered all of them and recommended that they get the Obama Special, which is also what I got. I recommend this for any new person because the chicken and the waffles are big here. Whenever I eat Roscoe’s, I’m usually full for the next 6 hours, LOL. We ordered two sides: cornbread and mac n cheese. Everything here was on-​point.
