Service is horrible!!! We left after being ignored by 3 different servers without one acknowledgement of us being at the bar. I felt like I was at the DMV! I wish I could give no «star» but Unilocal is too nice!

0 stars but wr cant put that. Waited 15mins to even be acknowledged after sitting down. The server that just came on noticed we hadnt been help and was polite to us. Unlike the other female server who walked by us 3 times just stared at us and walked away. Lucky for us we didnt get her. Unlcuky for the couple behind us that had all there drinks spilled on top of there laptops and persons. Food wasnt warm served on some carboard paper, soggy fries, patty melt with a strip of onion and pepper no flavor at all, meat semi dry i could rant all day how it wasnt good, but ill just leave it at that.

I would pass on this place. I travel often, worst breakfast I have ever had in an airport. Plates came out cold, my son ordered chicken and waffles they brought out the waffles and 5 minutes later brought him the chicken. A $ 49 disappointment!

Food is disgusting. Terrible quality and completely overpriced. Music is lame with commercials over the top. The worst airport restaurant I’ve ever been to.

Not a big fan of leaving reviews, but felt I needed to this time. I stopped by here for lunch on my way out for a business trip. Everything seemed fine until I submitted my expense report for the month. My bill here was $ 17 and I left a $ 3 tip, bringing my total to $ 20. After going through my credit card statement, I noticed the bill jumped to $ 25, which means someone changed my $ 3 to $ 8(which definitely wouldn’t be hard to do). I’m not an unreasonable person, but situations like this are completely unacceptable. Complete dishonesty and I will never bring my business back here again.

Stopped before my flight, had some breakfast at the bar. Food tastes good, and great service from the bartender!

Well. I ordered fish and chips since this is my last meal in USA. However, what disappointed me is that the chips are not good at all, same with chips in Australia. Boring and not taste good. That’s it. I won’t come here again.

The service was super slow. The prices are crazy considering the quality of the food. I had a hot dog, and it was horrible.

My friend and I just needed a good cocktail before our 4 hour flight back home. We ordered the 2 double skinny margarita and it was delicious. I definitely will drink here again even with the hefty price tag, but at least they use top shelf liquor.

Employees were super nice here but unfortunately this place like every place at LAX is overpriced and the food is just passable. I had a grilled cheese sandwich and vegetable soup(soup clearly came from a can). I must add that everything is served on recycled paper products including the soup which was so bulky and felt more wasteful to throw out than a paper plate or bowl! And serving soup out of egg carton material was just plain weird!

My over all experience here can be summed up as «mehh.» There’s really nothing special about this place. It’s typical overpriced airport food. The only thing that stood out was how particularly awful and soggy the fries are. After sending them back twice I just gave up.

No. Just no. Wolfgang Puck is across the hall — go there. I ordered a Cobb Salad and when it arrived the two guys next to me laughed and said«good luck!» When I asked why, one of them showed me his salad and said it was terrible. The only way to make it palatable was to drown it in dressing. I looked at my salad and told him that it didn’t look like a Cobb, but rather a chopped salad. My neighbor was correct — the salad was terrible. Ingredients were cut so small that all flavor impact was going, and things were difficult to get on a fork. At least the lemonade was decent. All of this took place after an arrival to forget. Upon approaching the restaurant(more like a kiosk with tables in the hallway) I was not greeted so I sat myself. After 5 minutes of sitting without a greeting or a menu, I got up to retrieve a menu on my own. I was able to order quickly, and the food arrived just as quickly(since it was pre-plated and sitting in a fridge somewhere), which allowed me to leave quickly. At least my flight after the meal was short, so I could go somewhere to get a decent bite. Oh, and that Cobb Salad I ordered? After I got my check I saw the problem…

Food was ok but service was extremely terrible! It took forever for the server to even show up at our table. And when he did FINALLY show up, he wasn’t very pleasant. Not a good way to start my day at 7:30am after being on a plane for 5 ½ hours with another 5 hours to go! It took forever and a day for our food to finally arrive and we never once got asked if everything was ok or if we need a refill on drinks. I know it’s an airport restaurant but that doesn’t excuse service, especially when there are only about 5 other people there. Sorry… But two thumbs down. :-(

Stopped by because I was STARVING… Must say I was pleasantly surprised … Carlos was our bartender and server and he was perfect… attentive but not intrusive and surprisingly polite which is rare in LA I feel… Got the loaded fries and buffalo sandwich it was made just how we ordered and served hot and fresh :) Fed recommend the loaded fries sans chicken … Mmmmmmmmm Thanks for ending my hanger episode and filling me up before our red eye :)

Drink=yes Eat=no That about sums it up. Unilocal makes me write more words for it to be a review instead of a tip. So I have included the definition of review in the dictionary. It makes no mention about length or makes no comparisons to tip vs review. This should give me enough words to make this tip a review. re·view rvyoo/ noun 1. a formal assessment or examination of something with the possibility or intention of instituting change if necessary. «a comprehensive review of defense policy» synonyms: analysis, evaluation, assessment, appraisal, examination, investigation, inquiry, probe, inspection, study «the council undertook a review» 2. a ceremonial display and formal inspection of military or naval forces, typically by a sovereign, commander in chief, or high-ranking visitor. synonyms: inspection, parade, tattoo, procession, march past «a military review» verb 1. examine or assess(something) formally with the possibility or intention of instituting change if necessary. «the company’s safety procedures are being reviewed» synonyms: remember, recall, reflect on, think through, go over in one’s mind, look back on «he reviewed the day» 2. (of a sovereign, commander in chief, or high-ranking visitor) make a ceremonial and formal inspection of(military or naval forces). synonyms: inspect, view «the general reviewed his troops»

It’s hard to make a bad breakfast burrito but they’ve done it. Ordered it with sausage but couldn’t tell because it was all potatoes and a little egg and maybe some bacon. Also more potatoes on the side. Weak. And all for $ 12!

My fiancé and I ate breakfast/lunch at Rolling Stone Bar and Grill at LAX on the morning we flew back to DC. As usual, every single airport restaurant seems to get 2.5 stars, but I assume that’s because of the steep prices in airport restaurants generally. We didn’t let the ratings dissuade us and actually had a pleasant experience. I ordered the margarita on the rocks and really enjoyed it and my fiancé ordered his usual beer. I ordered the chicken tenders with fries(came with both bbq sauce and honey mustard) and enjoyed my meal and my fiancé ordered a Flatbread pizza. Sure, the prices are steep and the food isn’t ultra amazing(what airport restaurant has ultra amazing food?), but we still had an enjoyable time and even got to catch some sports games on the TVs overhead. I would certainly visit again.

This is a great bar at LAX to grab a quick bite or cocktail. They have many different draft options, and I love getting their hummus plate. The couple next to me also were raving about the fried chicken. Service is also great, the bartenders are super personable and very attentive. A great stop if you are waiting for your flight.

In a crowded, rushed airport terminal, speed of service, even at a sit-down restaurant, ought to count for as much as food quality. Rolling Stones delivers on neither. Servers and managers were either understaffed or were working at cross-purposes against each other, leading to a lot of sniping, running around in circles, and barking of orders without actually resulting in anything getting done. Like putting orders in and getting them delivered. In a non-peak hour, with the premises only two-thirds full, it took me 20 minutes just to get a draft brew poured, and another 45 minutes just to get an average-quality melt sandwich. I get that TPTB have been trying to upgrade the concessions here at Terminal 7 with some more«upscale» offerings. While places like these look better cosmetically than, say, a McDonald’s, the upgrade here is only skin-deep, and this place just doesn’t rise to the occasion.

Hmm, I guess it was ok. We had a layover at LAX for a couple hours so this seemed like our best bet. There was only one server but the bartender was helping him out. So service was a little slow and inattentive. Drinks came out quickly though and that’s always a good way to cheer us up. Food was standard and didn’t really stand out at all. My wife ordered their pizza but sent it back after one bite because the sauce tasted odd. They took it off of our bill without a problem So I get that this is a Rolling Stone, but I’m not really sure what their motif is supposed to be? I mean they have wallpaper up that highlights the magazine, but there’s no coherence with the theme and the menu. I could be eating anywhere, I just happen to be eating at a place called Rolling Stone that very vaguely references the magazine. I don’t get it
