I found their little menu in my mailbox. The prices are a bit high, but the food and service are worth every penny.
I’m a picky eater and when I order, they do ALL my substitutions. I get my tempura vegetables with onions and yams, with no green vegetables. (yuck) I get extra bamboo shoots in my hot and sour soup. The rolls aren’t bad, but a bit on the pricey side. I don’t think it’s worth it when Mitsuwa is around the corner. The portions are okay sized, but I have to say the massive amount of soup they give me and how amazingly delicious it is helps me to always have it in the forefront of my mind.

Nice place, this Rainbow House.
Of course, I was a little disappointed that they didn’t feature any rainbows on the menu, but that exotic fare is gradually wasting away in the shadow of other, more glamourous meteorlogical phenomenon, so I am not surprised.
On the other hand, the food is great, especially if you like sushi, which this reporter does not.
I had the Sesame Chicken with Pad Thai, and the portions were generous and presented nicely.
This is a very small place, Unilocalers, so keep an eye on the south side of Pico as you scan for it.
