This place is just ridiculous… here is my ordeal: On October 5, I called to schedule an appointment with my Blue Shield HMO because Dr. Judy Lee was the one my 3-year old was assigned to. Then the clinic calls me on October 11, because supposedly my insurance didn’t cover such place and that if I wanted them to see my daughter it would be $ 150(not including lab tests). I called Blue Shield upset for assigning me a doctor that doesn’t accept my insurance. When I call my insurance they reassurance that the doctor was covered and when Blue Shield called the clinic, they said«Oh we are sorry, yes she is covered with us». Then they call me Oct. 12 to change the location of the clinic. And today they when I send my girl with my parents they refused to accept her for the following reasons 1. We were supposed to be there one hour before the appointment. 2. Because my parents had taken her and they needed a letter from me authorizing for treatment(which I completely understand but the day before the lady from the other clinic told me that as long as my parents had the same address it would be okay) Now I understand the protocols — I my fully aware of the misunderstanding and of the wrong information provided — but what is so upsetting are these receptionist or nurses or whatever they are. This lady named Jessica Vargas was extremely rude and tried to pass off as the manager. She gave my parents attitude saying that they needed to get there in time because my insurance required a «long and tedious» process and she gave my mom a huge attitude. My mom tried to explain to her several things and try to reason with her and she would just walk away ignoring her. Then she brought another«manager» Veronica Dueñas to explain the protocol. When my parents asked for their credentials and identification then Jessica revealed she was just the assistant. And to top it off as my parents left the office Jessica just laughed at them. These ladies need to understand that they are in a position to provide great customer care; not make mock people and make patients life impossible. I’m really upset because I feel that because my insurance is not«medical» and it’s private they don’t want to deal with it. I felt that they never wanted to provide my daughter with service since the beginning. I don’t recommend this place and will not be coming back again!

I’ve came to this clinic many many times and I’ve always received great service, but recently i was helped by a young lady Named Jessica Alvarenga at one of the registering windows and i must say that this girl definitely deserves a certificate of recognition or a raise, because of the amazing service she provided and the hard work and effort she put into making sure my child got the vaccinations she was due for in a timely manner!

I love my dr. But the girls at front… omg. They just sit and chat their lives away when they can see a bunch of people in line.

Dr. Lue is great. He asks a lot of questions to make sure he knows exactly what’s going on and how you’re feeling. Only disappointment is the long wait, but other than that Great Care!
