Quality Plus Cleaning Services

– which originally connected me with Karla — but was so impressed with her and her company, that I wanted to repost here. I can’t say enough good things about her and her company. You should hire them. (But not so much that she no longer has availability for me. ;))
Karla is – without a doubt — one of the most professional and impressive business people I’ve ever encountered (and I’ve encountered a lot.)
She emailed me a price quote within minutes of my submitting a request and was at my door, in person, with a member of her staff at precisely 9 AM the next morning (roughly 12 hours later). Her team brought all of their own cleaning supplies and equipment and — before getting to work — we did a walk through of the place (at her suggestion) to make sure we were on the same page, both in terms of the job’s scope and budget. (That was very much appreciated, as was the fact that her focus was on what they could clean vs. what they couldn’t.)
Her team worked exceptionally fast and efficiently. My entire 1800 square foot home was spotless in under 3.5 hours and I felt completely comfortable leaving Karla alone in my house. (I went off-​site to work and she texted me when the job was near completion, so I could come back and inspect their progress.) She even took care of my dog, who was immediately fond of her. (He’s a good judge of character.)
Karla’s team did a great job on the house (it hasn’t been this clean since I moved in) and — given that it would have taken me two days to get my house half as clean — I think the price was exceptionally reasonable. In fact, they probably deserved what I paid for the entire job, just for the work they did on the downstairs bathroom. (I’m sorry it was such a mess.)
Bottom line: I wasn’t sure I was going to hire a cleaning service when I filled out the thumbtack form yesterday, but now I’m ready to sign up for regular service and have already passed Karla’s name on to my friends. Not only does Quality Plus do great work, you get to support an impressive, young small business owner in the process. Win-​win. Thanks again!

These guys came to my rescue! I just moved into my condo and the previous tenant left it disgusting! I couldn’t unload my stuff until it was sanitized. Karla and her crew came heavily recommended so I gave her a call and explained my situation. The next day she sent an army of four lovely ladies so that the job would be done quick and in detail. Watching these ladies reminded me of being in a NASCAR pit. They moved so fast while remaining very precise. They got the job done within my budget and when they finished the girls asked me to make sure I was more than happy with everything and refused to leave until I ensured them I was satisfied! I will be using them time and time again in the future and referring them to whoever is in need of cleaning services! A++++
