Quality Commercial Pest Control

I have never reviewed a company before but felt compelled to share my experience with Quality Commercial Pest Control. I was so impressed with their service, it seems appropriate to reward them by telling others.
I opened the door was surprised to see a man wearing a tie (later I found out their website is
and it all made sense). I explained to the gentleman that we had a foul odor coming from our bathroom (smelled like a dead rat). He inspected our attic and told me the attic was clean. Then he explained that the odor was most likely a septic issue.
He also offered suggestions to eradicate the smell and information about his experience with septic tanks. All of this info was free. None of this was required or in his job description but he was happy to go the extra mile and share some personal anecdotes.
In addition — a subject completely unrelated — my son has autism. He was running near the employee; clapping his hands and scripting. While most people might react uncomfortably to this experience, this gentleman was not phased and very compassionate. He explained that he also had family member with autism and we spoke for 10 – 15 minutes about the subject. I can’t explain how wonderful it was to see such decency and warmhearted concern from a total stranger.
I would recommend this company to anyone and I feel obligated to promote this business after my exceptional experience.

I had Quality Pest Control come out to my house because of a bee infestation. They came out gave me a great price and saved as many bees as it was possible and then cleared out the rest and the residual honey. They were neat and left the garage in immaculate condition. I was so impressed that they now do my monthly pest control. Fair to say I highly recommend them.

I had my house sprayed by Quality Pest Control about a month ago. I still had a ton of bugs in and out of the house. I called them and they honored their «warranty» and came out to re-​spray. It has been a little over a week since they sprayed a second time and I still have bugs everywhere! I have called them to attempt to resolve the issue, however they informed me that they would not come out to respray a third time. All in all, very displeased with the service from Quality Pest control and I would not recommend them to anyone who is looking to get rid of around the house bugs.
