Kenyon helped us out on a very hot day and gave us a lot of water cups out of her own way. She was very attendant and helpful, she should definitely get a raise!

The only reason I gave this place 1 star instead of zero stars is because the main employee, Cynthia, is awesome. She’s friendly and does her job very well. My partner put the lock on our unit wrong and out of hundreds of units, Cynthia saw our mistake and called us to correct it. She is the shining star at this location. THEBAD: I haven’t been late with a payment for 3 years. Recently they jacked up the price and my auto pay wasn’t correct. I tried sending the $ 11 dollar difference but it never got there. The bank blamed the post office and Public Storage blamed me. The District Manager of this area would not extend a courtesy waiver of late fees because he said I could have walked across the street and paid it. Even if I could have stopped by, which I couldn’t, this company and their district manager want to change me $ 38.60 for being late with $ 11. I did some research online(which I should have done before I rented) and there are 171 complaints about this company through consumer affairs: BOTTOMLINE: Greedy company with unfair policies and prices. They don’t think you’ll move. I found a cheaper and cleaner storage place with longer access hours. MOVED. They don’t deserve your business. UPDATE: The District Manager Chris Meyers called me after reading my negative review and waived all late charges and fees. That should have been his initial response regardless of my review on Unilocal.His initial response exemplifies corporate greed. Too little too late. My negative review still stands.

This is the worst public storage I’ve ever encountered. My mother passed away and I asked them kindly just to allow me until 04/15/2014 to pay them because unfortunately mom didn’t have life insurance and I need every dime to bury her, which her services are scheduled for 04/13/2014. I offered to provide them with her death certificate. To which Cynthia replied«NO». She is super rude and doesn’t need to work with the public. Also, if you ever call yourself they never, ever, ever, ever answer their phone. This office is horrible and needs new management.
