We needed some programming changes made to a Vantage System we had installed in our house last year. Originally we were supposed to be able to control the system from our phones, but for whatever reason it never worked quite right.
I emailed Vantage and the recommended Mike for the LA area. He responded right away even though he was on a project out of the country. He was totally worth the wait for his return.
He came by for a site survey, arrived on time and was very friendly and professional and gave us a reasonable estimate for the hardware and programming work. He ordered the replacement part, and came back to finish up a few days later.
Later that day I received an email from him with a detailed description of the work he had preformed and gave clear instructions on properly using the app on my iPhone.
Last week we started having trouble with the universal remote that controls our TVs. Mike scheduled us in for the next day. He took his time to diagnose the issue and fix several things and got us up and running as well as making recommendations on improving our media storage to make future repairs easier.
Provost is my first call now whenever we need help with something technical. Highly recommended if you appreciate honest work and good communication!

Michael is very professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job installing and integrating my lighting system throughout my home. I highly recommend him and would use him for future jobs.
