Promac is the stellar office equipment provider, maintenance and repair in the City! We have been the recipient of great service for over 22 years! Our BizHubs get a lot of work, and Promac staff, from the top down, are extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and timely! We have maintenance contracts on 15 or 20 year old fax machines, and when they break down, Promac knows how to fix them! I’m so glad to be able to let the World know about Promac!!!

My company has been using Promac for over 5 years to service our VERY old Konica C352 copier at very reasonable rates. The top notch service techs don’t try to gouge you and have given us great service.
Recently our old C352 required an expensive repair, but instead of letting us pour $$ into a money pit, the tech recommended a new model. After shopping around we got the best deal on a new Konica C284e from Promac and couldn’t be happier.
I unequivocally recommend Promac for service and new copiers. Thanks!

Called Promac before noon because my boss wanted the copier fixed. (kept jamming) Was told by the lady that they send someone out the same day or day after. Asked if she could give me a timeframe and was told no.
Almost 4 and nothing yet. Don’t understand how a timeframe cannot be given. Don’t they know who they are servicing for the day and whether or not they will be in the area and around what time!!!
As you can tell, I’m tired of waiting and have a feeling no one will show up today.
