Harley is unique in the contractor world. He listens to you instead of interrupting you. He offers choices instead of saying things like «I’ll get you something great, don’t worry.» He addresses issues immediately without question instead of arguing with you. He is professional, punctual, and unlike any contractor I’ve ever worked with.
We did a 3 month massive outdoor remodel: filled in an old pool, removed 4000 sq ft of concrete, built an outdoor bar and grill area, built an outdoor fireplace, built several masonry retaining walls, built vegetable garden planters, replaced drainage system, relocated driveway, installed 4000 sq ft of paving stones, decorative boulders, synthetic turf, decomposed granite, drip irrigation and a few hundred new plants, outdoor lighting and a hot tub.
Harley and I designed the project over several different consultations. His crew started work on time, were very clean, careful and professional the entire 3 month project. The project finished on time (even after adding additional work), on budget, and everything looks amazing. The quality of work is outstanding. Our dream backyard is complete!

I can honestly say that Harley is the best, most professional contractor I have ever worked with. He spent a lot of time meeting with me and my wife, helping us design our new backyard. These guys know what they are doing. Once we approved our final plans, his team came in and got to work. They were all professional, great attitudes and efficient. They transformed our backyard in 4 weeks. Demo, new drainage, new concrete, bluestone, outdoor kitchen, irrigation, lighting, and planting. It was a true pleasure working with Prodigy Design. We hired Harley and his team to re-​do our back yard. He listened to our ideas and then turned them into detailed design plans that we were able to tweak until it was perfect. Then his crew came in and implemented the plans exactly as we asked. This was our first home improvement project, so we had lots of questions and even changed our minds a few times. Harley was always patient and worked with us to get it right.
The price Harley quoted (and kept to) was lower than other companies that did not include the design aspect of the job. Thus, we feel we really got our money’s worth by choosing Prodigy Design-​Build. I would recommend them to anyone.
