Premium Garage Door & Gate Repair

After calling numerous different companies, Premium was the only one that was available to come out to my house the same day. Our cars were locked in the garage door and no matter what we tried to do, it would not open. My husband almost broke the door trying to open it and I told him that it was time for professional help.
We had a guy named Howard come to our house. He was very nice to us from the beginning. He inspected the door and immediately came to the conclusion that there was a problem with our sensors. Being on a tight budget with Christmas around the corner, I was dreadful of hearing the price. Once he told me the price, I was shocked at how low it was. I was expecting to hear something like $ 200, but it wasn’t even close.
We approved that he go ahead and does the job. It took him about half and hour to replace the sensors and he also performed some routine maintenance services for us upon request. It was only $ 20 extra and we felt it was worth it for the longevity of our door.
Once he was finished, he proceeded to give us a bunch of tips to make sure the door stays in good shape. We asked him to set up an appointment in 3 months to come and perform the maintenance services again. He was a really good technician and it was very obvious he had years of experience behind him. If you call this company I really suggest asking for a service appointment with him. Once again his name is HOWARD. Highly recommended.

My garage door got off whack and I decided to pay for it because I know that she has been struggling this month (single mom). I decided to check out the companies in her area and I stumbled upon Premium.
Initially, I had called them and asked them around how much it costs to replace the garage door cables and thought it was way to expensive. I then decided to call other companies in the area and realized that the price that they were offering was least amongst the rest.
I called back to schedule an appointment and was shocked that they had one for same day. I couldn’t make it that same day but they reserved a later time for me. The guy was there working at the house and I was running late to meet him but he had no problem waiting for me which was nice.
I arrived and my mom told me that he cleaned up after himself and that he did a good job so I tipped him.
Just yesterday, we were experiencing another issue with the garage door and we thought it was the cables so we called him out. He showed up and found that it was actually a completely different issue. He fixed it in about 5 minutes or less and didn’t charge us anything.
Their number is saved in my phone and I am glad that I found a reliable company for my mom.
