Shopped at the Laguna Beach store. Highly recommend shopping someplace else. The gentleman working was very rude and just didn’t make you feel welcome. There are way too many other choices out there to get trendy clothing.

Purchased boots while on a recent visit to the Laguna store. Zippers broke almost immediately and notified the store w/​in one week of purchase. I tried to work w/​one of the owners «Gayle». Final response «There is nothing we can do about the zipper malfunctioning The shoe was not sold to you damaged, and we are no longer responsible for any repairs.»
Sorry, I would assume that a store would stand behind their merchandise for at least a week.
If you decide to shop here, make sure you use American Express as the merchant will not stand behind anything. Fortunately (and sadly as it relates to this merchant), AMEX is handling for me.

They buyer for this store should get the five star rating! The clothes are really great looking and you can find something from very dressy to hip-​casual. The people working there seem genuinely interested in helping you find what you’re looking for and you should come back every so often because the are always getting in new, interesting items.
