I passed by Plaza Jalisco Restaurant looking for the ceviche spot in this shopping center and couldn’t resist stopping by to try their handmade tortillas. They make their tortillas right in front of you before placing your order on the grill. The meat could have used a bit more salt or spice, as I found myself looking around for some hot sauce which I couldn’t find looking around the small restaurant. I still appreciate the effort to make their tortillas fresh here by hand which is the reason why I would return again and again whenever I’m craving mulitas.
