2. Don’t expect enough pepperoni here
3. Don’t expect this place to follow national advertising. Expect to pay more.

Too bad because Pizza Hut is normally decent.

I love Pizza Hut but the representation of this current location isn’t what the branch probably needs. I received the most rude customer service from the «Manager» Abel Garcia. The comment below pretty much sums up who he is. If your job requires you to handle people on a daily basis and your customer skills aren’t to par then you should be working somewhere else. This review is not about the product I love it. This REVIEW is solely on the REPRESENTATION Abel Garcia. He sucks!

We just placed an order and we were hungry and we ordered a pizza and my dad has a bad leg so he can’t go downstairs to pick it up so my brother and I went to pick it up and the guy said I need your dad and I told him keep the pizza and we called them and they said we lived in a shady spot and that’s it but really bad customer service and I think all of El Sereno is shady and why are we being discriminated for living in El Sereno I have great pride living here and we’re still hungry #pizzahutdoesntcare #stillhungry

make that 4 times in a row wrong. When I ask you to add pepperoni only to the left half of the pizza, I’m not expecting you to add a whole pizza’s worth of pepperoni. You added twice as much pepperoni to that side, Wayyy to salty!

Pizza is always delicious from Pizza Hut what bothers me about this place is that pizza is that I always ask for cheese and peppers and they never ever bring it and then they don’t even call you or anything to tell you they don’t have any when you specifically asked for it

They have really good customer service, if there is a problem with your or they fix it with no hesitation. I have no problem waiting a few extra minutes for good food!

I’m very disappointed ! I got the new Pizza with the hot dogs on it and the whole pizza was hard. I called at 7:17pm on 6÷27÷15. And they sent me another pizza about a hour later and that pizza was worse it was OLD and COLD pizza ! Your pizza use be really good and fresh and this was in Riverside, but at your Pizza Hut place well very disappointing! This will be the last time I will order from here.

Bad customer service they charge for the ranch also I never go there to order some pizza

They sure like to take their time. But what do you expect from an okay pizza. The guy in the front that took my order was unhappy but was not rude.

Great service and wings every time we order. It’s one of the better pizza huts I’ve been to. No problems with them yet!

I always get this major mc’asshole that wears glasses, sleeve tatts and hates life. He’s rude as hell and every time he’s there I just walk away cause I’d rather walk down the street to food 4 less and get a prozen pizza then to have to deal with a moment of this dutche bags time. Everyone else is pretty cool especially the young ladies. But this asshole wow I swear man turn away

For being a Pizza Hut I didn’t expect much as far as customer service. But an employee named Margarita didn’t help their reputation much either. She Couldn’t find our online order and had a bad attitude when she finally did find it. To make it worst she was a manager! She was a complete waste of a uniform and it would’ve been better ordering from a vending machine.
But the wings were great!

I am only giving you a one because I can’t give you a zero. What the hell, the manager stands just right right there as the young punk with the greasy hair burps out loud acting coy and gives me a f#@###! smile. Wow! The young lady was very helpful and nice. But the manager and the burper where just disgusting as the manager gave me a dumbfounded look as to what to do. Discipline the young punk. Teach him some manners. And tell him to shower if hes going to work with food. That dirty look should not be paired up with food.

Was staying at motel at corner of Poplar St and Huntington Drive South (address was 5350 Huntington Drive South). Driving half a-​day, tired, hungry, not feeling like doing anything except getting something to eat, and watching ye old «boob tube.» Noticed pizza hut two blocks away from motel as I was approaching the motel. Called this pizza hut for delivery to room at motel. They refused to deliver because I could not give them exact address of national chain motel two blocks away, at corner of Poplar St. and Huntington Drive South. They most certainly knew where this motel was. I asked why they could not deliver pizza to brightly lit motel two blocks away. Told it was «store policy» not to deliver pizza to place I could not give address for, even though they knew this motel (and it was only two blocks away). A totally unreasonably and idiotic policy). Pizza Hut corp was not in any way concerned, I can only assume that consideration and providing reasonable satisfaction to their unsatisfied customers is no-​where in their company policy. The address of this pizza hut is 5130 Huntington Drive South, the address of the motel I was staying at was 5350 Huntington Drive South. I am extreemmmly dissatisfied with pizza hut, their (delivery) policy, and their seemingly unconcern for satisfying a paying customer’s dissatisfaction. I can’t help but thinking very little of pizza hut, and buying a pizza from them only as a very last resort. Any other pizzeria, pizza chain/​restaurant will do better!
