Pizza Hut

Despite all the low reviews this Pizza Hut location has it’ll like to recognize Chris (current manager) for above and beyond customer service. Honestly I won’t argue with the reviews they have posted here but I have to recognize Chris !! Honestly one of the best customer service he provided and handle the situation very professional! It’s hard to find good customer service now in days …
Keep it up Chris. And thank you!!! Again.

had a bad first experience. pizza delivery took over and hour when they told me it was gonna be 15 minutes.
decided to give them another chance and I regret it. this time decided to pick it up myself. when I ordered the guy had no idea what he was doing.
I can hear him asking someone else questions. when I got there I can clearly see on their screen my order was ready. I still had to wait 20 mins. the manager on the floor was Chris. has NO Business being manager. he should stay in school and learn to read and write. once I finally got my pizza I asked for Parmesan cheese. he couldn’t understand what I was asking for. I had to raise my voice and ask about 3 times. for him to tell me they don’t have any! what pizza place had no cheese?!! it’s not like it’s Super Bowl Sunday! bad bad experience since the moment they answered the phone and to top it off my fckn pizza was cold !

Customer service here is okay depends who is working. Sometimes they are very nice sometimes they are rude. Most of the time they hang up the phone after they have u on hold forever. Anyway pizza here is not the same they are ssssuper! Stingy with their cheese! Not so great anymore. Papa johns is the way to go.

My brother and I order from here at least once a week cause we get to lazy to drive anywhere. BUT that’s besides the point, today I call and before they let me order they say «our delivery is 45– an hour» like is that a hint that I should go to dominoes instead? I asked for the specials and they only have 1 special? And that’s a 2 large pizzas?!? Okay well that sucks. So once I place my order I I tell the dude on the phone… «Okay cool imma pay…» Before I could finish he hangs up on me. Okay let’s see what the driver does when I hand him a $ 50 bill and expect change.

Told me it would be 15 minutes and took an hour and no it wasn’t no holiday or anything like that just another regular day.

If I ca put a 0 I would. This pizza hut sucks ass. They’re pizza isn’t as other locations I’ve had before. Stingy on topping and bread nasty. This pizza is absolutely taste-​less. never again will I order.

It’s sad when you have fond memories of Pizza Hut, then you grow up and realize their customer service is crap. I called four times no one picked up, but when I came to the store it only took 15 minutes to get the pizza. There’s a lack of management in this store, workers do not care about phone calls. As the phone rings it sounds like a chirping sound from a cricket. You know it’s there but nobody cares about it. Management needs to evaluate the way they operate this store.

You know I can’t even get mad. But i will try not to first of all I ordered by phone to pick up at the store and they told me 20 minutes. I came to pick it up and I seen four burnt up pizza sitting in the back. That a shame. I went up to the counter in they told me that my pizza will be ready in four minutes. Four minutes turned into ten. The manager came out and talked to me and said that they confused my order up and it would take ten more minutes. As he was talking I was just looking at the four burnt up pizza that was sitting in the back. I told him to give me my money back and I walked out of the store disappointed. I mean how hard is it to make a pizza. I was disappointed because it was for a graduation party and Pizza Hut let me down that day. I will never order from there again!!!’

Was hungry yesterday and decided I was in the mood for pizza. Decided to call in and make an order. The girl that answered the phone was super helpful and friendly. She repeated my order and told me it would take 15mins to pick it up. When I arrived the pizza was warm and ready to pick up. The girl that took my order was the same person who took the payment. VERY happy!

Let me start by saying that this is the worst pizza hut store out there. I had made a order for my nice over the interment and they decide to cancel it! Just like that for no reason I didn’t call them to cancel the order no one here did. So I’m here waiting on a Friday night for the pizza to be deliver but there really was nothing on its way so after 30 mins. Later I call and with the biggest attitude the service worker said «what do you want» in the most rudest way. I told her what I order and she keep talking with attitude being rude and
I hang up on this girl who by the way refuse to give me her name (because she knew I was going to report her n I will but to the corporation).
I have no idea why every time I call this place something always happens, attitude, lack of professionalism, and always every time they deliver if they decide to deliver they get to your home late like 1 ½ late. The people that work here don’t want to do this job they should get fire, or quit for they’re sake really… They don’t care about costumer service because of the area where they are and the people around don’t do or say anything about it because they don’t like to be nosy They are so rude on the phone when you get to the store they are either playing with the boxes at the back or talking on their cell phone. They don’t care and I really hope that corporation will close this place down because everyone I ask about this place and says the same thing or have a story about the way they talk to customers or the lack of service of this place. I’m never ever doing business here again even if my kids cry for pizza ill gladly drive them to dominos pizza, pizza local, little César’s or other place near by and ALOT of people feel the same way here. I hope they close this place down and soon.

This Pizza Hut ruined my day!!! I’m a teacher and had planned on having a pizza party for my 3^rd grade students today. I ordered the pizza for delivery and waited and waited and waited… no one ever showed! No phone call, nothing! My students were excited for pizza all day (what 3^rd grader wouldn’t be excited?!). It broke my heart to dismiss them for the day without the pizza that I PROMISED. Way to disappointment such wonderful, little children!!! I will never, ever attempt to get pizza here again. Worse experience ever!

Skimpy ass Pizza Hut! There was like 8 pepperoni pieces total on my large pizza. Never coming back again. This place doesn’t even deserve one star.

Had a bad experience here, rude customer service, I did receive an apology from corporate. Have yet to go back, $ 10 off my next visit doesn’t really intrigue me and I haven’t had the need to go there even though it’s the closest pizza place to my home.
