I’m really happy with the product, service, and pricing I’ve received at Pearl Paradise. With my latest purchase, Chenai was very patient and answered all my questions. She also honored my request that she choose a strand with a certain overtone. This was during a big sale, so I am happy that she took the time to do this! I also love the «Chat with us» feature that allows for questions to be answered immediately rather than requiring the customer to play phone or email tag as often happens with vendors.

This review is for the website, I purchased on Monday for their Valentine’s day sale and have already received my pearls in NY by Thursday, I am more than happy! The pearls are 10 mm «freshadama» studs and they are perfect! GREAT price and super shipping, I am pleased!

If you are looking for pearls, this is an excellent place to buy them. They have a website,
but if you live locally in the Southern California area, you can make an appointment to go in and see the pearls you’re interested in. I’m not a pearl expert by any means but I love them and I’ve seen quite a few of them. I can say without hesitation that you will get very good quality at good prices. I recently bought a pair of the best grade of Akoya pearl earrings for a friend’s daughter who is getting married and needed pearls. I compared the ones I got for her with a pair I bought from my sister-in-law’s relative who is a jeweler and had a shop in the Mission Viejo mall. He only deals with high-​end jewelry. I found out that the pair I bought from Pearl Paradise is of a better quality than the pair I bought from the jeweler relative. The ones I bought from Pearl Paradise had the same luster and round shape and the same rose-​silver hue but they are also flawless and I can’t say the same about the pair that I own. From now on, I’m buying from Pearl Paradise. Amazing.

My order was placed last Friday. It clearly states on the site that standard orders ship within 1 business day. Yet I didn’t receive my shipment notification until 1 full WEEK later (yesterday). As I have yet to receive the pearls so I can’t comment on the quality, but I can comment on the quality of this company keeping their word. Meh.
Also, I’m in LA, too which makes this even more ridiculous to not receive a package ordered 10 days ago from a company in LA.

I give Pearl Paradise five stars as I have made several purchases through the years. Each piece was as much or more than I could have asked for. My daughters get compliments each time they wear them.
At one point I couldn’t make up my mind and they offered to send several to choose from and then I returned what I didn’t need.
Always my calls were returned promptly.
Ill use them again when I have the need.

I have ordered a lot of jewelry online, and up until Pearl Paradise, I was very happy with my purchases. I ordered a pearl necklace and pearl earrings. The pearls on both the necklase and the earrings had very visible gouges and inperfections. Moreover, the clasp on the pearl necklace is not stamped as being gold. I was very disappointed and i would not buy from this company again.

They have great pearls! I only wear mikimoto quality pearl and i was impressed with the pearl from PP.
Their return process is easy, when I returned the necklace because they were a little big for my petite neck, it was very smooth. I feel very confidence shopping there.
If you like pearls I definitely recommend Pearl Paradise. I recommend checking them on Facebook — they response very quickly to you.

I bought some earrings for my cousin who was graduating from school. The reason I tried it was because of the 90 day money back guarantee. I figured that if she didn’t like them, then we could exchange for some that she did like. Well, she loved them!!! She actually knows about jewelry and said the quality was excellent. I looked like a hero and the best part was that I didn’t have to deal with a sales person or pay as much as I was expecting to. Win Win as far as I am concerned.

Pearls are a very impressive creation. I mean, how can you NOT be awed by a semi-​hard, circular, ball of beauty defecated by an ocean mullusk? If only our own excrements were so beautiful. Despite this magnificence, I am not a pearl girl. It just isn’t my style. However, I received a
$ 200 gift card and thus made my pearl purchases.
Let’s be clear: Pearl Paradise is located in LA with a showroom where you generally have to make appointments (I think this is just for swank-​heightening effect). The concept of this store and website is to make pearls accessible at a lower price. Sadly, I now understand WHY it is discounted.
The first problem I had with Pearl Paradise is that my gift card’s code was not working on the website’s «checkout». Pearl Paradise is only open on weekdays and does not have a regular customer service department (in the realm of a 800-​number call center); so I had to leave a voicemail about my issue. They DID get back to me promptly on Monday morning and solved my issue by giving me another gift certificate code. I placed my order by 11am that Monday morning (8mm Freshwater Lavender bracelet with white gold clasp– $ 100, Men’s 8 mm Pearl Leather Bracelet w/​Tahitian Baroque Pearls — $ 75 and a Loose Freshwater Lavender Pearl– $ 5). There was no shipping (although there is tax) and I was excited to see my pearls delivered.
Then came the wait. The extended, harrowing wait which felt like a long, drawn out labor. The pearls didn’t arrive for 5 days even though the website GUARANTEES 1 – 2 day delivery AND the package was sent from the Pearl Paradise on Pico in LA so it was only going across town (I live in the Valley). Five days is the delivery date on packages I order from the East Coast. Not to mention, according to UPS tracking, it first went to Slymar, then Van Nuys, etc. So, the package made a nice circle around LA before arriving to me.
Slow delivery aside, the quality of the pearls is rather sad. The jewelry was not packed very well giving it the impression that it was thrown into the package on a whim. The Lavender bracelet? It looks like costume jewelry from the Barbie line for a 5 year-​old and even worse: it is NOT the deep lavender color pictured on the website but instead a light, pale pink. The same color mistake applies to the loose «lavender» pearl which is also so oblong that I assume a mollusk with an off-​day created it. The men’s leather bracelet looks like the homemade creation of materials from Michael’s crafts with opaque pearls with black swirls even though the website showed a photo of solid, black pearls. I am aware that all pearls are one-​of-​a-​kind so they can’t look exactly like the photo but this was just unbelievable. To say the least, from shipping to the resulting pearls, this was a huge disappointment.
Pearl Paradise is like the Ross of pearl stores. Discounted, knock-​off products presented in a messy way. Surprisingly (sarcasm), the high 5-​star reviews are from Unilocal «orange heads».

I saw a Unilocal review on pearl paradise so I tried them out for this Christmas. I purchased my mother a beautiful set of pearl earings that will look so good on her. The shipping was fast and the pearls are very elegant for a very elegant lady. Fantastic purchase.
