Dr Pattison should hang up his scalpel! 36 Injections to numb a tooth-​he just couldn’t «find the nerve” — was the beginning of my horror story. That followed in short order by an extraction, being sent home and told to take Advil if i needed it, an infection that sent me to the hospital and nearly killed me, finally (after i convinced him that something was really wrong) prescription of 4 different antibiotics which the BH pharmacist refused to fill saying «this looks like someone trying to cover their ass».
he may have been a great dr and USC instructor in his day, but he should hang up the scalpel and stick to cleaning or better yet retire to his golf course.

After my nightmare with Dr. Haroun Rostami of Brentwood Dental Group, and Dr. Mahnaz Rashti, of Beverly Hills, CA (See my Unilocal reviews of these two «dentists».), I was recommended by another dentist friend of mine to Dr. Gordon Pattison.
Dr. Pattison’s office is conveniently located and contains state-​of-​the-​art diagnostic equipment. Dr. Pattison is extremely knowledgeable and generally more conservative than other dentists and periodontists I have met with. He only recommends services that you actually need and will not take advantage of you when you are in severe pain and most vulnerable, as would the two other dentists named above.
My dental insurance did not cover Dr. Pattison’s work, but I was happy to pay him for the excellent work he did, and his prices were more than reasonable. Dr. Pattison is a genuine professional who I would visit without hesitation, and especially in a dental emergency.
