The apartment is conveniently located between the 7^th Street LA Metro Train Station and Westlake. Within walking distances to nearby places such as the post office, LA City Central Outdoor Mall and Mac Arthur Park. This place is satisfactory for a first starter apartment due to the fact that the occupied space is relatively petite, however it comes furnished with a twin sized bed, a portable closet, a night stand and an Apt-​sized 4.8 cu.ft. refrigerator-​freezer combo. Room is phone/​cable ready, include smoke detectors/​ceiling sprinkler system, wall heater, ceiling fan and sink/​cabinet spacing. Bathroom includes a shower/​tub combo or a single shower stall, and a toilet. Sink and cabinet is located directly outside of the bathroom. Flooring types consist of either wooden laminate or wooden laminate/​carpeting combo. Kitchen is located on each floor and is shared among the residents.
