This review is for the Rec Center — not the park. They have great programs for kids all year round. From Spring Basketball league to Summer Baseball to Pee Wee Football in the Fall. And they also have non sport activities such as recreation camps. Prices are very reasonable (programs at Beverly Hills and UCLA are almost twice as much). The best thing about PPRC is the staff. They are always nice and helpful and they are flexible to try to match your schedule. Stop by and pick up their program brochure.
Free parking but it can be crowded on the weekends.
Avoid the kiddie play gym area. Kids spit and leave gum all over the place.
