Nextel Communications

I had a very good experience with both the sales & service/​repair departments at this Sprint Nextel store. They transferred all of my telephone numbers over to another Nextel cell phone & picked out the correct AC battery recharger, which was missing for the company phone I inherited from the previous user. The sales & tech reps were all very helpful, no fuss whatsoever. I was there first thing in the morning before getting into work & no crowds there… hurray!
There is a parking lot at the back of the high rise building. An AMC theater is on the east side of the building and the driveway is on the west side but it’s easy to miss (I drove by it the first time, duh!). Don’t forget to get validated for the parking.
But I have to dock them a star because the store hours are not listed correctly on their website… they close at 5 during the weekdays, not 6:30. I got there too late the first time around. When I brought it up to the sales clerk, she just brushed it off. WTF?
