New Tech Display

Pretty good selection all in one place, but the staff seems indifferent most of the time, and their return /​and exchange policy sucks. You can spend thousands of dollars and then want to return a couple hundred bucks worth of items never even removed from the box and they act like you’re trying to steal their first born. and then charge you 20% restocking fee…20% to put sealed boxes back on the shelf…
It wont be my first stop the next time I need retail fixtures.

Ordered 2 mannequins online, paid same day with Amazon Payments.
Two weeks later:
— no tracking information.
— no response from the company after two contacts via their website support link
go find product elsewhere unless you go and physically pick it up yourself at their store — if there really is one.

Eventually was informed of the issue. New Tech was trying to call me via phone as opposed to email advice about an out of stock situation.
Once advised about out of stock and replenishment time would not meet my schedule, order was canceled and funds were returned immediately.
I am ordering from New Tech again for other mannequins needed. Fair Price on large selection of mannequins and some harder to find forms.
Moved from 1 to 3 stars… Stay tuned.

This place has just about everything you could possiably need for store fixtures. They are a bit more than if you shop around downtown but you will not find another place that has it all one stop.
Service is very good and they are very good about returns.
