The showroom looks very elegant and could easily be found on Rodeo Drive. We were looking for a particular bed frame. The manufacturer’s site mentioned Naurelle as one of the places that sold it. When we first called for pricing, the owner Kayvan was very nice and called us back with a quote. The bedrooms are located upstairs in the store and when we went to look at it in person, Kayvan was even nicer in person than on the phone. He never pressured us about buying the bed, instead when we asked about some price matching he was totally open to the idea. We ended up buying the bed at Naurelle, not only because we got the best price, but we also received excellent customer service without being pressured into buying anything.
