Lucy is great she does great pedis and nail work. Have been coming here since I moved to LA. Prices are not cheap which is Ok with me since her work is quality work !! She cleans my toe nails very well. Brand name polishes. Only bummer is the location and parking

Went in there for pedicure, board clearly states $ 22 for pedicure and $ 15 callus removal. Right away they start working but fail to mention that is more expensive for men. Until they’re almost done, $ 30 for pedicure and $ 20 for callus removal, $ 50! It does NOT mention it is more expensive for men. They need to state the price difference from the beginning before they start any work. Especially if it’s not on the board. Worst customer service

Lucy knows what she is doing and takes care of business. I sat down and had one person doing my gel nails another doing my pedi and another waxing my eyebrows and chin. I was out of there fairly quickly. Yes a little pricey but it’s worth the quality of work you get plus most of the time it’s not too busy.

Tried to give the community nail salon business BUT this place is horrible. I use to come here years ago when the owner was pregnant. Today I went in for pedicure and to get my eyebrows wax. The owner did greet and remember me but all those other faces!!! Not friendly at all. I was wondering when I walked in why this place was empty with plenty of spa chairs available. Now I know why. Pedicure literally three minutes with my feet in the water because I refused the callous treatment! Hello I don’t have callous!!! I wanted my eyebrows wax and was told threading was better for me. I refused threading then into another language they went lol!!! Seriously mall nail salon here I come!!! By the way star is for the owners kid!

If i could give no stars i would. Place is empty but with 4 ladies on duty still took two hours for 1 simple pedicure for me and 1 manicure for my husband. Only 1 other customer they keep chatting up while we’re staring unattended. It’s like they want to waste your time. Thought to get a neck massage since ive been having some shoulder pain and omg the WORST in my life. It was only 15mins and i didnt even last that long – I asked the lady to stop. This was Same lady who nicked me during my pedicure too. The whole time i was being«massaged» i could feel her long nails dig sharply into my skin, not using lotion on my arm and constantly rubbing it which burned from the friction, had to ask for lotion. Kept doing the same amateurish motion everywhere – i could have gotten a better massage from an 8year old no joke. And to top it off, their prices are more expensive than average – granted the place looked clean, comfy chairs, clean towels, opi and sally hansen polish. But a $ 15 pedicure costs $ 22 here and its not even a spa pedicure with the massage chair. Anyway, End my massage with the lady dropping a very hot towel on my shoulder(i shrieked because it burned!) NEVEREVERAGAIN! Look elsewhere!!! No wonder place is always empty!

Not going to lie, I hate coming here for the customer service I receive When I come with my kids, not too much a kid friendly environment. I don’t bring my kids here to often but sometimes a mother got to do what she has to do. It’s a little pricy but you pay for what you get. Lucy does a great job with pedi, I’ve try 100 other place and sure customer service is great but their work sucks, I guess we can’t get the whole package.

I just moved in into this area and needed to get my eyebrows done since the one I use to go to is too far for me now. When I walked in there, there was only one person getting her nails done, this place was pretty empty for the area it’s in. When I looked at their prices I said to myself«oh shit» pretty pricey. Took me right in of course no wait and took her time just how I like. She did an awesome job and I didn’t mind paying a bit more than I usually do. Been coming back to this place since. Even though their prices are a bit high I don’t mind because the place is clean sanitary and the owner Lucy is an awesome person, she gets her job done right. So if you asked me about this place I would definitely recommend to someone else, despite the area it’s in it doesn’t matter it’s worth the pay.

I have been coming to this nail place since I first started doing my nails at 12. 11 years later, they are the nails place I keep coming back to. Lucy, the owner, is very clean and sanitary. She does good with eyebrow waxing. Mind you, the price is kind of higher than other places around, but the job the do is worth it. Personally, I’d rather pay 5 bucks extra than go to another nail place in the area and get cut and have my nails painted with cheap polish that will chip in a day. Or even worse, pick up an infection! Yuck!!! Always call for an appointment. Lucy will usually tell you if it’s a good time to go or what time is slower so she can take you as quickly as she can.

Yes, it’s a bit pricy but Lucy is fabulous! I’ve been going there for a couple of years now and I am never disappointed with my nails. Her gel mani is great!

The reason for my two stars is because of the 3 bad experiences I have had here. I have come to get waxed,(eyebrows/bikini/underarms) and a mani/pedi. Eyebrow wax is good. Everything else was a consistent disappointment. The owner of the salon has a bit of an attitude and is always careless. She cut me to the point of bleeding this time around so consider this my last word on this place. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This is my favorite place to get a nice full set and a perfect pedicure. My feet always come out looking brand new. Lucy does the BEST full set, and I’ve been to Many nail salons. The salon even has flat screen tv’s, leather pedicure chairs at no extra cost and dvd’s of your favorite r&b artist are always playing. Despite the area it’s in, it’s not your typical ghetto nail shop. It’s pretty much as peaceful as it gets.

I went there yesterday because it was recommended, although I was warned that is was $$$. I got there and there were only 2 asian ladies working. I was told to wait for a bit then I saw the prices WOW!!! $ 20 for a pedicure not even a spa pedicure and $ 15 a regular manicure… really $ 35 for a regular mani n pedi… I wouldn’t mind paying for it if I was in beverly hills or westwood but come on in South Central!!!

This is the worst nail salon I have ever gone to. My next door neighbor wanted to get a manicure done and she decided to treat me into getting a manicure as well, i agreed and went with her. I asked her if we were going to our usual salon and she said, «No, I want to go where Hispanic people do manicures and pedicures and I found the perfect place» When she told me that I was surprised because normally Asians are the ones who are specialized on that. As we got there, we had to look for parking in the street which i personally did not like. Next, when we got into the salon the only people we saw in the salon were three Hispanic people. The place looked abandoned, that was not the worst thing about it. The worst thing about it was that there was only one person that knew how to do manicures which was a recently hired 21 year old guy. As soon as i saw him I wanted to run out of there but we stayed. He took 2 hours on her nails and 2 more on mine. I was irritated after four hours of waiting, they charged us cheap which was 17 dollars, usually Asians charge me 35 for a well done job. Overall my nails looked like crap and just a week after I got the manicure they looked even more horrible.
