Great service provider for fictitious business names and publishing legal notices. My customer service provider has always been responsive and attentive. They have also made huge leaps and bounds in being«tech savvy» by providing services through their website and via email to the extent possible. Highly recommend.

What a joke. I went in because they requested an interview with me and the editor Roger M. Grace was a mess. He requested a picture, but He couldn’t even operate his own camera. I had to lend him my phone to take a «professional» picture for his supposedly credible newspaper. His office looked like something out of Glen Gary Glen Ross, his suit looked like something out of Shakes The Clown. I felt sorry for him so I did everything I could to keep him from feeling embarrassed. I emailed him my picture from my phone, etc. When the article came out, it was full of things that were not true. It was paranoid, agenda driven, and sloppy. It was the prose equivalent to his photography prowess. So extrapolate from this the incompetence you will experience if you have to deal with these people and take into account the other review where he comes off as a jerk and do the math. They do the minimum to keep the pennies coming through the door for classified adds for legal announcements. Avoid this place if you have a choice.

This seems to be a small but helpful publication. I need to publish my new DBA and contacted four different companies. The cheapest one didn’t answer the phone and was forwarded to another number. The local one was more costly and I needed to place my order in person — in Belmont shore — good luck with parking. I emailed in advance my proper paperwork and a simple follow up phone call took care of payment and all my questions and concerns. I saved both time and money. I call that a win-win. My «only» regret was that I didn’t know about their services earlier — as it would have saved my going to the recorders building in Norwalk. Metropolitan News can do it all, both the filing and publishing — and may I add — at a very reasonable price.
