Went into this McDonald’s at 8am to get breakfast. Went to the ladies room first. While walking out the stale, an employee walked out the adjoining stall, and did not wash her hands. I quickly opened the door and told her she must wash her hands. She turned around and said she’d wash them behind the counter! I went to the manager and he said she did not have to wash her hands in the bathroom. He defended her. I asked his name and he refused to give me his name. He did not have a McDonald’s badge on! I refused to buy food, and I walked out!

Service is very poor,Do not go here. The employees and the managers do not understand or speak English. The staff us rude and unhelpful. There are plenty of other businesses that deserve your money. Don’t waste it here.

Came in here and when I asked a simply request I was snared with a dirty look and an angry response. I came in and asked for a sausage biscuit and a large coffee. But I wanted to substitute the sausage for cheese. I’m a light breakfast eater. Well I originally asked the cashier and he said there wasn’t an option on his register, so I asked to see if maybe he could ask his manager and he kindly said yes no problem. And she instructed him to charge me for the biscuit and add cheese. So I noticed there were a few people behind me so I paid for my breakfast and stepped aside and spoke to the manager directly. I calmly and politely ask why I should be charged to add cheese if I simply just don’t want any meat. And I explained how I wished the were vegetarian options for breakfast. But since McDonald’s doesn’t I thought they would be able to honor my request. And she spoke to what seemed like the store general manager and she said yes that is fine. But the on duty manager was upset that I guess got my way. Money wasn’t the issue in this, it was on fairness. I didn’t think having to pay extra because there isn’t a non Pork option for that order. The shift manager was so upset she kept repeating only make one of the cheese biscuits even though we dont do that. She repeated it 4 times(yes I counted) she gave me my coffee in an angry manner and I simply told her I don’t understand why you are so angry it’s only cheese. Three stars because the rest of the crew were awesome, she probably is to on her better days but today wasn’t her day.

Martia was really nice about giving me a Sprite in place of the vanilla shake I ordered that tasted horrible. She said that’s the way they make their vanilla shakes now. I’m glad to know that. Martia even gave me back the difference in money, which I didn’t ask for but it was nice of her to do it. I think she’s a manager here. The workers here are slats really nice. Thanks again for the replacement.

I always get confused coming here… thinking I walked onto the set of «The Walking Dead.» Today there were literally 10 homeless people shuffling around the door and the parking lot, then three cars with people living out of them, the smell of weed wafting through the air. They really have to clean this location up, it’s not safe at all. I’ve personally seen one robbery already. But hey, the workers are nice and they usually get my order right!

There is only one person here that seems to like her job … the workers here move real slow and it seems to be mainly woman… older woman… I see no motivation in this place I hope atleast my order comes out correctly…

Quick service from the drive thru and a decent size parking lot for diners. The drive thru loops around under the parking structure which seems unnecessary but it works for them so whatever. Service seems ok since we only got drinks and two McChickens and you can’t really complain about your food being fast.

I would never in a million years think twice about rating McDonald’s. Until my visit to this location. It’s not the service nor the food that’s the problem here. It’s the outside seating area, it’s a little after 9am on a Wednesday and the amount of homeless people sitting in the outside area is unbelievable. I get it, Los Angeles has a huge problem with homelessness but did someone go around asking every homeless person to frequent this location.? The last thing I want to do while eating my breakfast is to be interrupted by people asking me for change, cigarettes and /or food. Don’t get me started on the Sunset and Western location

Absolutely disgusted found what looks like public hair in my sandwich. I went to get some food for breakfast and when I got to work I was starving and when I opened my sandwich this is what I found. I was sick to my stomach when I saw it because it doesn’t look like an eye Lash or hair from someone’s head; not that that’s better. It looks like public hairs which brings up a whole lot of questions. I will never go back to this location. I wanted to go get my money back but I feel I wouldn’t of been very nice about it. I posted the picture but the blurriness of it makes it hard to see the hair. But trust me my reviews are rarely negative. So why would I lie about a $ 3 breakfast sandwich?

I went to this McDonald’s with the hopes of acquiring some Spy Gear accessories, as were advertised on their website. I go through the drive thru, receive my Happy Meal, and what do I find in the box? The Penguins of Madagascar!!! Words do not begin to describe my disappointment. How am I to achieve a spy status higher than level 3 if I can’t get my hands on the proper equipment?! If I could give zero stars, I would. NOTLOVIN’ IT.

This McDonald’s is usually on it’s game when to comes to the«breakfast shift» but this morning it was a different story. I pulled up and drove straight to the order box, as there was no cars in front of me. The man promptly asked for my order, before I even had a chance to view the menu. I ordered a combo and then the guy said«is that it?», I added one more item and paused for only a second then the guy said my total cost and told me to pull forward. I drove up to the window and notified the man that I wanted to add hot cakes to my order. I handed him my card and he read back to me my order, as if to let me know that I didn’t initially add hot cakes. I told him again that I wanted to add hot cakes to my order and he said, «no I can’t do that, do you see the line behind you?». I thought about it and realized something. In the past, I’ve had McDonalds employees add items to my order in the matter of seconds. Also, I think it took longer for him to give me the excuse about the line then it would have took to add one item to my order. Also, I realized that there wasn’t a line when I first drove up and I ordered right away. That means there may have been one car behind me and there couldn’t have been a big line. That is when I said, «Sir, Give me back my card I want to cancel my order». I then drove to the McDonald’s on LaBrea and had a wonderful 5 star experience there. I called into this McDonald’s to ask the mans name that was working the drive thru but the man answered the phone. When I asked him the name of the man working the drive-thru and he asked the reason I needed it. He then realized it was me and acted like he couldn’t hear me and hung up the phone. The managers from that McDonalds can look and see who was working the drive-thru on 8-25-2014 at 5:45am pacific time, he was an older hispanic male. I know he wasn’t a manager because he did not know how to alter orders and the way he helped me was very rude.

Worried about finding a parking spot? No problem! This McDonald’s has its own parking garage! Aside from a parking garage, the restaurant was nice and clean with the exception of the bathrooms. They were NASTY!

So, nothing personal McDonalds. I grew up on your fast food, tasty French fries, hamburgers and milk shakes long before I knew about healthy eating. But recently, when I learned of a friend that, 6 years ago, placed a hamburger and French fries in their closet and. 6 years later, it still looks the same. No mold, food still intact, just slightly shrunken from lack of water, but no mold? And then I thought about the old French fries that I would pull out from beneath my car seat, never giving it a second thought that they still looked almost just as fresh as when I had ordered them months ago. hmm… normal food would for sure mold and start to go BACKINTOTHEEARTH. But even the earth doesn’t want this food back. Sorry McDonalds. Nothing personal Vine street McDonalds, other than you are par to the McDonald Family and guilt by association. Going elsewhere when I’m in a rush.

I live in the vicinity of this McDonalds and it is one of the better McDonalds I’ve ever been to. I go there almost every morning and the morning crew is on their game. However, I refrain from ever going there in the afternoons or evenings because ANYTIME I ever have, the service has ALWAYS been awful. This has either been due to: 1) the attitude of the order-takers and/or cashiers, 2) the fact that the employees will undoubtedly get your order wrong, or 3) the employees leave things out of the bag for the order you’ve paid for. Bottom line: Only go there for breakfast!
